These multivitamins are a good buy because they contain all the daily nutrients you need and are easy to swallow. I don't take as many daily capsules as recommended because they are used only as supplementation of my diet.

Pretty good vitamins. I don't know if it was these but my stomach started acting up near the end when I was almost out of the vits. Will update later on to see if the cause of because of the pills.UPDATE: So, yes, these pills definitely cause some stomach aches as I stop taking them for 3 days and the symptoms stop. I finished out the bottle yesterday and about an hour later, started having stomach pain again. I love the brand but I guess I'm not compatible with these vitamins. Maybe that's why they made another version with "No Iron". Maybe too much iron in my stomach. I'm not really sure.

I have been taking these Multivitamins for 2 months now and am getting ready to order a new bottle. I have never been a fan of Multivitamins because they didn't make me feel that great and I could never figure out what ingredient bothered me. So I took many different vitamins individually (most are included in this mutlivitamin). I've been a fan of Source Naturals Products ever since they were recommended to me as a high-quality, vitamin brand from my friends at the local health food store. I saw these multis at a good price on Amazon and decided to give them a try.I take 3-4 capsules/day in the morning, after a healthy breakfast. I would never take them on an empty stomach as I believe they work best when taken with food. What I've noticed is my mood is better, I have more energy, I sleep better, and wake up earlier and more refreshed than before. Winter is usually my time to be somewhat depressed and lethargic (Seasonal Affective Disorder?) but I haven't noticed that this winter. I still take another D3 tablet, Glucosamine and Folic Acid but that's it. I used to always wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake for a couple of hours but find I'm not doing that as much anymore either. These Vitamins are a Win!

Day two and I have so much energy even into the last hour at work, so that’s great. I understand it’s natural raw vitamins so it’s going to take a larger amount at a time, 60 pills is only 15 days worth because you take 4 at a time, and it even says you can take them twice a day! But i don’t need to. I just take them with breakfast. And i know they absorb well, because i feel great. I only wish I had more easily seen that you take 4 at a time so 60 is only 15 days worth. I think next i will try another brand to compare. See if I can find any less expensive for the amount you have to take. Also, be sure to read the contents as the amounts of vitamins are a little uneven, I take calcium, magnesium, and vitamin c also, since there isn’t much of those in this supplement. But what is in this supplement is definitely worth taking!!

I had been looking for a long time to find some really good vitamins with most everything I needed in them, but didn't contain Yeast or Sugar. These Source Naturals Life Force Multiple Vitamins Do Not contain either yeast or sugar. Even though I was looking for vitamins like these, my sister is the one who told me about them. They were recommended to her by her Naturopathic Doctor. He told her to take these but work up to the full dosage by starting with one a day. He said they are so strong that she may feel off if she doesn't work up slowly. She told me the first few days, she could feel how energized they made her feel.After hearing how well these worked for my sister, I decided to buy them for myself. They have almost every vitamin and mineral listed that I think I need..... and no yeast or sugar added. I didn't notice a dramatic difference like she did, but I did notice I sleep very well and feel good all day.Recently, my Husband has gotten on a health kick and is trying everything he can to be well. He was just diagnosed with Macular Degeneration and is taking vitamins for that. He decided that not only should he take vitamins for his eyes, but he needed to work on his entire body. He started taking these vitamins daily. He mentioned to me that he noticed a marked difference from when he wasn't taking them. I've been taking these same vitamins for over 20 years now. A local drugstore near me recommend them to me, both of us being into physical shape I figured let me try them. Well over 20yrs later I still take 3 of them everyday.Other people who I recommend them to take these also and love them.

Im Vergleich zu meinen vorherigen Kapseln "Mulit Green Life", die auch nicht gerade billig sind, vertrage ich dieses Präparat sehr gut und nehme es deshalb auch sehr gerne ein. Von besagtem anderen Präparat ist mir immer schlecht geworden, weshalb ich mich sehr über dieses neue Produkt freue und mir sicher noch viele Dosen nachbestellen werde. Mein Körper sagt eindeutig ja zu diesem Präparat. Ich nehme es seit ca. 2 Wochen und fühle mich sehr gut dabei.

also, ich vertrage dieses Produkt sehr gut keine Nebenwirkungen. Kann es eigentlich nur weiter empfehlen an alle die etwas für ihr Wohlergehen tun möchten!
