Does this work with The Better Basket?

Yes it does, I use it to roast the vegetables about 45 minutes before the roast will be finished. I line the basket with alfoil before I place the vegetables in it.

The basket it comes with seems too small for a whole turkey. Can I use this instead for a whole turkey?

This is used with the large basket to make separate cooking levels. The large basket would be used for a turkey... this would be used for things like wings, sausage, chops, etc.

Can I use the bunk bed to fry 3 layers of breaded fish?

The Big Easy does not use oil. However, it is possible still possible to cook fish in it. Please take a look on our site for recipes or give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to provide more information.
