The material is very good quality and is not likely to catch on toenails and rip. The fit is good. My feet are size US Women's size 8 and they feel like they wouldn't fit feet much larger than mine. There is a small rubbery area at the back of the heel to keep the socks from slipping. This seems to be attached to the sock very well and has not come off through washing (in a garment bag).The one small problem I had with these is that the non-slip dots that are under the ball of the foot come off almost immediately. The sock is fine after they come off, but I have had to take my shoe off midway through the day to empty the loose dots rolling around in my shoe. It's a bit of a breaking-in period for the socks. Once all the dots finally came off, I'm very pleased with my socks.

They're low enough on the toes to wear in just about any loafer and super sheer, but durable. I thought the non-slip flowers on the bottom would bother me, but they don't and I love the non-slip feature as it helps keep my feet from moving around inside my shoes. I will be buying more.

These liners are so tight around the toe area that after a few minutes of wearing them it seem to cut the circulation off to my toes...very painful and can't wear them and had to throw them away...How sad!

I thought there were more than one in pkg. fit okay and wore once.

These seem to be made for children’s feet. Even though I have small feet, these were tight both in length and across the ball of the foot/toes. if they’re too small for a size 6 1/2, who are they made for? I sent them back.

Doesn't anyone still make the pantyhose-type sheer ones anymore? Mom likes these around the house, except the rubber dots don't do much to prevent slipping.
