Very effective!
I’ve been using this product for over a month after a fall, so have really put it through its paces. It thoroughly distributes the cold around the entire knee so is much more effective than a regular flat ice pack. I’m 5’ 5” and 140 lbs, so purchased a small/medium. It’s snug but not too tight and acts like a compression sleeve as well. The fabric is soft and comfortable too. While it only stays cold for about 15-20 minutes, that’s pretty much all that’s needed. It does re-freeze pretty quickly. Between using this twice a day as well as applying a diclofenac sodium gel, it’s really made a difference. The price is so reasonable I bought two to have in separate parts of the house, which has been very convenient. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Great Product!
Im 5’11”, 165lbs. Adult soccer player with history of 2 acl/mcl/meniscus surgeries. Sleeve fits perfectly, is comfortable, does not slide down when upright/walking, and offers decent compression. Noticed a positive improvement in pain/swelling next day when used after games. Cold only lasts although for about 20 minutes. Would be nice if a way can be found for cold to last a little longer.

Convenient for Quick Icing
I bought this to help deal with a torn meniscus and for recovery after surgery. It is comfortable, fits securely, and is very easy to use. The cold does not last as long as a traditional ice pack, but it is convenient if you want to ice something quickly and without fuss, especially after a game or workout. For longer or more serious icing sessions, I would look at other options. For quick, simple relief, this still has value.

Convenient Ice Pack Compression Sleeve
This is a very handy device. It provides a good bit of relief when I'm having knee pain. It stays cold just fine. I leave it in the freezer until I need it whenever my knee acts up. No velcro on it, which is great...you just slide it right on. It seems to run a little small, so I may buy another in a size up later. This is a great replacement for an ice pack, which I have hard time keeping on my knee or hitting the right spots on my knee. This wraps all the way around so it's much more effective than an ice pack.

Love the sleeve!
This is a lifesaver. Get it cold and it reduces swelling and feels great. You might need more than one, as it stays cold for about 20-30 minutes. I used it pre and post knee replacement surgery and it really helped.

This is a wonderful little product to have in the home.
These ice packs work very well. You can even use them on your arms and wrist. We use them for my wife’s knee and they help tremendously. Very convenient.

Not as effective as real ice.
Pro: It is easy; it is convenient; it is comfortable; it is mobile; it is well made. Con: It is not ice. Not even close. The cooling effect lasts 15 minutes tops, ten minutes or less if you slide it on right after a workout when your body is heated. I've been using this on my knee and if it stayed as cold for twenty minutes as it is for the first minute, this would be a great product. But it doesn't. I can feel it warming as every subsequent minute ticks by. When I slip it off after twenty minutes, my knee feels sort of cool, but nothing like after a proper icing. My Conclusion: It is not a replacement for serious ice therapy, but it's a better-than-nothing substitute if ice isn't available, if you need to move around, or if you need a break from the ice cubes, ice bag, and Ace bandage with a good book routine. That said, I haven't yet found a freezer/gel product that mimics the therapeutic effect of real ice; so as gel products go, this is the best I've found.

Ice is nice
I rarely ever write reviews. I have been suffering from knee pain for way too long! As soon as I put this on I felt relief of pain. Fits greats, not too cold and doesn’t get wet like ice does. 10/10

These work as described. My main situation is that they don’t stay cold enough for long enough (for my personal use). So they have advantages and having the wrap around the joint is helpful. Beyond that it’s depending on what and how you need to use the ice pack.

These work good, cold pack gets very cold, lasts about 20-25 mins.

I read all the reviews before I bought. It has no smell and stays cold for required 20 minutes. (I don't have a microwave so can't speak to heat retention). I needed something to travel with and this is light/small enough. Easy to move around in.

El título debe decir para rodilla o tobillo y no “paquete para rodilla y tobillo” Dolo trae una compresa. Aunque la foto y el título dice otra cosa.
