This sealer does not work!
Does not look like a real sealer. Did not seal my countertop. Do not buy it!

Best I have found
This stuff is great! Goes down quick and easy with easy wipe up of excess and very little clean -up. I used the Aqua Mix Grout Sealer applicator, with the brush tip, but a sponge roller applicator would probably work as well. You can almost see it absorb into the grout and can tell when you have applied enough coats (at 4+ hour intervals). I had previously spent hours on hands and knees scrubbing to get the grout as clean as I could - not all of it was as clean as I would have liked, but the sealer seemed (to me) to have brightened it up so that it was a bit less dingy that it had looked pre-application. I applied 2 coats most places and an extra 2 in the bathroom.

It could have been better
The positives:No smell and easy clean up. It did leave a residue on my tile but it cleaned off very easy with a wet cloth. I put the sealer in a squirt bottle made for mustard which made it easy to apply. The cons:It must be applied several times to repel water.I bought another brand which you just spray on, it was more expensive, it smelled, but it sealed the grout the first time. In the long run it was cheaper to buy the more expensive sealer as it only had to applied once and it saved time.I would not buy it again, as the multiple applications which are needed to seal the grout are time consuming and increases the actual expense of the sealer.Seller was great, shipped as stated and it was very well packed.

Great Product
Works very well with no-sheen on Mexican Saltillo tile floors. In 16 years in my house, lasts about 5 years each time I applied one coat.

seals without shiny coating
This product goes on stone or tile and grout very easily using a paint brush, roller or rag. It penetrates to keep water from soaking in and doesn't leave any visible coating or shine. It dries very quickly. I will only use this product in the future!

Used to dip seal marble tile prior to installing
Installing marble is not for the feint at heart! Every single piece has to be (SHOULD BE!!!) dip sealed and then every single cut has to be dipped again especially if your not using white grout. Which most marble is not white, it is usually a light gray under body color and look best with pale gray gouts. By dipping everything you are sealing the entire piece and when you grout it you don’t get the windowpaning discoloration (Google it!) I have been installing tile and building, remodeling for almost 50 years. Trust my advice, this is the best product to use and then keep on hand to reseal your natural stones wether they be on countertops or as this is in a shower at least twice a year for an easy simple way to protect your natural stone from stains and hard water build up on marble which is almost impossible to take off without scratching extremely soft marble. And NEVER EVER use marble for your kitchen countertops!!! IT CAN BE SEALED BUT IT SCRATCHIEST AS SOON AS YOU SLIDE A POT ACROSS IT!!! Stick to vertical surfaces only and only if you did seal it!! Tomato sauce and red wine will stain it!!!
