This is a decent robe for a little girl. It isn't the thickest terry cloth but it will do the job, especially for the price. It's also a bit softer than the cheapest ones I've seen, although not a soft as thick, expensive ones.

My daughters don’t like to get dressed immediately after bath time, so I wanted to buy them a robe to use in place of a towel, and then wear for a short play time after their bath. We tend to let our house run a bit warm in the summer, so I wanted something with a hood for slipping over cold, wet hair on cooler days, but with short sleeves so it wouldn’t be too hot on warm days.I got this one for my younger child and it’s perfect. The fact that it zips instead of ties makes it more secure than a typical robe, so I don’t have to worry about it untying or falling off while they play.The chest area does run maybe a teensy bit narrow, so if you’re not sure which size to get, consider sizing up. I debated between “fit as expected” vs “too small”, and ultimately decided that it fit in the former category, but it’s a close call.The puffed sleeves and little hem ruffle are SO cute without being excessively fussy.The sizing didn’t go up to my older child’s size, so I bought her the “Wonder Nation Girls Hooded Zip Front Terry Swimsuit Cover Up” in aqua mint, which isn’t exactly the same color, but it coordinates nicely and they look adorable in their big-girl and little-girl robes.

It’s hard to see in my picture because it’s kind of cut off on the right. My daughter was so happy when it arrived. She said I just love it and I said read what the heart said and she said, “Love”!
