It installed in a matter of about 5 minutes and works perfectly. My only complaint would be it didn't come with any instructions. I had to Google how to change the spray feature as I didn't want to risk breaking it. Not nearly enough of an issue to not give it 5 stars though.

This product is pure crap!!! After only a week of use it broke apart and started spraying me every time I turned on my faucet! I tried to fix it but ended up having to go back to my 4$ walmart sprayer that was less than half the cost and lasted 10X as long! Additionally, it just looks completely phalic hanging from your faucet!

Overall great concept. Easy to install and easy and effective to use. However it broke after about 3 months. It leaks now and I can’t manage to fix it.

Easy to install. Worked very well for a month. Then the attachment started to leak. Then it completely came apart. It's two pieces and they just separated and no way to fix.

Bought it for the kitchen which we didn't have water pressure. After installing this product we had pressure. Well made great product

I have the 360 rotate swivel faucet sprayer in my laundry tub and it's great for rinsing out the tub. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there's a fine spray leak between the bendable tubing and the connection of the aerator head.

I needed a flexible sprayer for my kitchen faucet. The product worked okay at first but started leaking after a few days. Within a week it was almost unusable. This did not leak at the attachment point. It leaked all along the flexible portion.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

Easy to install,convenient to use.Love this faucet head. I bought 2 and gave one to my mother, she said it is very easy to use, no longer worry about water splashing everywhere. Works perfect.
