Yoga Mat Bag

This is my story, and why I am giving it 5 Stars: I received my bag and it was better than I expected and was quite pleased. It is large enough for my thick yoga mat, and the storage pockets are awesome, however you want to use them. It's open ended, which keeps more air flow, and it came on time. Here's where it gets interesting: I had a small area, where the stitching came loose, just a couple of inches. When the company sent me a follow-up email, to make sure everything was ok, I answered back that I was very pleased with the bag, except for what happened. I was happy to return it and receive another (I loved it so much,) and this is what Claus told me: They can't accept it back! BUT, it was with a happy face! Then the following: They were going to send me a new bag, but wanted me to repair it, if I could, and pass it on to someone who could use it and to "Share the love!" I'm thinking, WOW!!! When was the last time you saw a company do something like THIS??? Very impressed. I wrote them back, and explained how heartwarming this was and thank them. They (He) sent me back a couple of back and forth emails regarding passing it on, wanted to make sure when I got the new bag and to even keep them updated on how the person likes the bag that I pass on to them. I'm so dang impressed and again, heart-warmed, that they not only sent me the new bag, but have kept in touch in true Yogi fashion, with love and the spirit of paying it forward. Completely impressed with the product and overwhelmed by the company and it's integrity. Seriously, Blown Away. It sure made me believe in the human connection, behind the business. This is probably my 5th yoga bag, but it might be my last one! I have trouble getting my mat and towel to fit back into my other bags. With this one, it's such a cinch!I can roll up my mat with the towel still on it, and it fits without any issue. This bag has everything you can need for your Yoga class. There is an expandable pocket in the front for my water bottle, and a smaller middle pouch with a headphone jack. Next to that, there's a larger pouch for all my personal items and my keys. They actually include a loop to clip my keys to so I don't have to dig around for them.Inside, there's a pocket that's wide and flat to hold my clothes (which is nice because they don't have to touch my mat/towel.) Did I mention the straps vecro which means they can hold a mat of any thickness, even with the towel? My other bags can't hold my towel too... Lastly, it's very easy to open and close, and because of the design, my mat can breath because it's not totally encapsulated.Very well made, and even more important, it's very conveneint and easy to use. It has built in carrying handles, and a shoulder strap you just attach to the D-Rings on the opposite sides of the bag (I use the shoulder strap mostly.) I took photos to show the quality and size. I really love this bag!I hope this review is helpful to anyone contemplating this purchase. I own a CG Deluxe fitness mat which is pretty heavy duty and thick. I was looking for something that was light that could allow my mat to breath but still hold all my essentials such as a water bottle, snacks, phone abs keys. This bag does all of that and more. The pockets and compartments are genius! The material seems like good durable quality that will Last awhile. I love the cherry red color. I picked it because my mat is black and red and this bag allows me to spot it easy! The straps allow for multiple ways to carry. My only complaint is the buckles should have been just a tad longer to allow for adjustments, but it’s not a deal breaker. I just have to roll my mat carefully and tight. The pictures don’t do this amazing tool justice so if you are considering, I say hurry and buy one of these! I’m really considering one for husband.

This bag is doing everything I wanted for transporting my stuff to Hot Pilates. I like that my yoga towel can dry out between classes and there are plenty of pockets. My water bottle is a bit tall for the holder, and I find it heavy when loaded up, but those did not rate a lower star as this is a very well made product.Update- Love the bag, but 10 months after purchase the strap sewing failed and the carry strap was broken. It was super hard to find the contact numbers for Yoga Evo. If you go to there web site there is no contact area. I finally messaged them on Facebook and they replied right away. They asked for my order ID and said they would send me a new one. Hopefully that is what they will do as I love this bag, and did nothing to cause the break except carry 2 rolled up mats and a towel!!After talking with Customer service thru messenger on FB. Yoga Evo sent me a brand new bag. Yes, it is all as promised and I can tell the quality has been much improved. I took a new picture and the stitching has been enhanced and the fail area should be much stronger. This company really really came through, and I did not have to miss one class using my bag. Thanks .
