Awesome results my husband has lost 22 pounds already and very encouraged to stay with the plan as he needs to lose about 25 lbs more! Likes the original taste and it was very easy to travel with on our vacation last week

My favorite protein shake to make. Hard to find a good non-whey protein powder without artificial sweeteners. Have been buying this for years. Love it!

I have lost 23lbs and I'm now maintaining that weight using Alsmed. I had a lot of trouble losing this weight and eating well enough to not be sick or feel bad. I found this on a TV ad and ordered it. It has been an easy way for me to lose weight and not have a lot of sugar. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk. I have also added some sugar free nestle cocoa mix for a chocolate flavor. I started with 2 shakes a day and a sensible dinner. I feel so much better and my stomach doesn't feel bad either. I'm still doing 2 shakes a day but adding an afternoon snack of a slice of cheese or rice cakes and I am able to keep the weight I'm at.I subscribe and as others have mentioned, the packing has been hit or miss. I have received a few packages that have been smashed and the powder was all over the box. But when they come in tact, they are worth the money.

This is the first protein powder that does not bother my tummy! No bloating, gas, or urgent trips to the bathroom. Win, win, win! I just started using it. It can be flavored with just about anything. I like adding coffee to my morning shake. IT KEEPS ME FULL and really does seem to kill those sweet cravings. I’m amazed at that. It has a little texture, but I would not say gritty. I use a mini blender. It is a bit pricey and the amount you use seems like a lot, but it’s a meal replacement and one serving has 24 grams of high quality protein, so what do you expect? This might be the first protein powder that I already plan to reorder. I only gave it 4 stars so far because I have only just started the weight loss program, so I will try to do an update with results.

I thought it would be difficult to just have some liquid drinks during the day. I don't know if it was my mindset or if it was the actual drink, but it was quite easy. I did not feel hungry after using this. I was able to use the drink for several days before I allowed myself to start having some light meals. I kept two liquids a day and one light meal and I easily lost 10 lb within the week. It continued well for the following weeks

I read the reviews prior to purchase and quite a few said 'good flavor', you'll lose weight (probably so as you'll quit eating/drinking vs using this powder). Not only does it take forever to dissolve, the amount of powder in each canister compared to the amount one has to add based on height/weight etc. would require 2 canisters a week minimum. I'm on Day 2 and tomorrow I'll finish my first canister. Did I mention it tastes horrible! I've tried cinnamon and spices, coffee, etc. and it's like hold your nose and swallow. I'll finish the last canister so I'm not wasting MY money but will never buy this again!!! Buyer beware - not sure real people are posting honest reviews.

I like the nutritional value in this and it seems to curb my hunger. However, it is hard to break down in just a shaker bottle. And, even blended in the blender, it settles in the bottom of the shaker and I have to re-shake it a lot. I got unflavored and wish I had gotten Vanilla. I don't know if I will buy again.

This product is top notch. Follow the plan and you will lose weight. I love the taste with unsweetened, unflavored Almond milk. This is a repeat purchase .
