My 12 year old charger for my Dell laptop died. This was a perfect, cost effective replacement. Delivery was ultra fast. While the product description and model number matched exactly what I needed, I still got a message on boot up that the charger was not the correct one, although it clearly was. This is a known Dell XPS issue. I simply updated the bios to turn off warnings. Life is good.

Had a frustrating experience buying from other vendors I tried this vendor and got a good one. It was difficult to get a good AC adapter/charger for my Dell XPS L702 laptop because the previous ones I boughtfrom other sellers on eBay and Amazon were rated adequate for the laptop, and would run it in plugged in mode... the battery would not charge! This one charges the battery and runs everything properly. THANKYOU VERY MUCH for this quality AC adapter... my frustration is finally over !!! Don't hesitate to buy from this seller, and I will buy again in the future.

Glad to find this awesome charger replacement for my classic 2011 Dell laptop!! My old charger was frayed and the wires had electrical tape wrapped around them, lol. This will keep me up and running until I can get a new laptop.

The listing said this was compatible with the model I have but when I plug it in I get a message that it is not the correct one and it will not charge the battery at all.

I purchased this charger to replace the original cord for my Dell XPS 15 laptop that had developed a short. It arrived quickly and fit my laptop perfectly. I'm very pleased with the quality of the replacement, it looks just like the original.
