I had an achilles strain while training for a marathon. It was extremely painful and caused me to stop training for more than a week. I used this product, as instructed in the packaging, and am back training and almost pain free. Also, this product was much more reasonably priced than similar products and arrived very quickly. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will be ordering more - including to send back to school with my college athletes!

I felt that this tape was a little flimsy. I also wish that it was preferated so that it would be easy to snap apart.

Ok so I must say I didn't not buy this for pain relief. Therefore I cant rate it on the pain relief. I use it for fishing to put on my index finger for casting, the braid just chews your finger up after a few cast.Normally I buy "braid aid" from my local tackle store but it gets price after going threw so much. So I did my research and found this tape is exactly the same and much cheaper!!Been using it for about 3 weeks now almost every day and not one issue! The adhesive is also very good and holds up to the salt water well. Over all great value and use for surf fishing

Used this kinesiology tape recently to wear a backless dress without a bra -- it worked perfectly and everything stayed in place all night without issue, even through a lot of dancing. It was invisible under my dress, with no discernible lines, even in photographs. I also used it on the back of my ankles to prevent blisters for my strappy heels and cover previous wounds -- both worked liked a charm and allowed me to dance all night long without removing my shoes. The tan color was perfect for my skin for both of these purposes. So for alternative uses, I highly recommend this stuff.

I have a bad right ankle from an injury years ago, every now and then it gives me a lot of pain, I used the tape to try and easy the pain a little. It was amazing and I was pain free and had great support

Product works good so far but the box it came in was torn and not closed properly. There was no damage on the envelope package though so it had to have been put in that way, so a little bit of care and double checking would have taken care of this.

The tape arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The adhesive was effective and tape easy to cut. It didn’t seem to help with pain as much as the tape the physical therapist used, but that may be because we’re still learning how to use it.

This product I buy for my daughter who does not live with me, but says that she liked this tape far better than the ones sold in pharmacy va cause of quality and adhesion.
