I've been using these for some time now and I know the herbs it is made with help with leg problems. I haven't stopped using to see if I really benefit from these but I think it is doing the job I buy them for. Normal sized gel like caps, easy to swallow, no taste, just a funny color. Update 5/22 I tried 3 different brands and came back to these. I take two in the morning because they work better for me that way, and I use coffee to swallow them to help me with the length. They just go down better with warm coffee for me. You do you. Anyway, these give me no side effects and the swelling in my legs has come down for the first time in years. I'm still going to have a hook phlebectomy and some endoveinous laser but when you have chronic venous insufficiency you fight big blue veins your whole life. My legs will never be pretty, but this is the only supplement that has ever truly helped at all.This is the original:When I think "soft gel" I think small and slightly squishy. These are as big as a large capsule and are harder to swallow than a capsule because they are so very stiff. It's been one whole day so I'm not giving up on them yet, but I may switch back to Swanson if I can't adjust to these pills. I thought I would try these because I tend to do better digesting soft gels better than herbs/meds in a capsule, but I am not sure I like this large, stiff soft gel.

These are their replacement for a product they called "European Leg Solution" before.However something is wrong with this new formulation, and I notice on the label it no longer says it is standardized to 95%diosmin and a new flavonoid in it. Maybe a new supplier?I can't speak about how it is for varicose veins, but these are widely used for hemorrhoids, and the reason I take them.However now, they don't work, or at least not as effectively. With the old formulation it would take about an hour or two for the hemorrhoids to shrink back to normal after the morning bowel movement. With this new formulation, that time has doubled.This is hard for people who rely on them for this use, as it impacts quality of life.I will be searching for a quality replacement.

I took the whole bottle and really cannot say that this did anything for me.
