I have small dogs and I do animal rescue work, finding them new homes. My work often involves airplane travel so I own several pet carriers.I’m writing a detailed review for this carrier because it’s hands down the most well thought out, helpful, versatile, pet friendly carrier out there and I’ll tell you why:• When you put an animal in a small container their body heat is trapped into a small space and they can quickly overheat. This carrier is vented on every side which made my dog so much more comfortable. The other bonus is that the vents allow the pet to see out of the carrier which in return makes the animal much calmer.•padded shoulder strap: This is great because again, it’s another option that allows the carrier to be carried over the shoulder. It also has a zipper on one side which allows the carrier to safely slide over the handle of the suitcase.• inside one of the pockets is a little attached key ring. This is a great place to attach a laminated card with your pets info.•Thin washable pad: I can’t stress enough how a thin pad was nicer than the thick pad. The biggest challenge (when flying) is how hot a pet can get in a carrier then stowed under the airplane seat a thick pad just adds to the heat and is really unneccesary. The thin pad allowed for more interior space yet is still soft and cozy.•reflective strips on the end of the carrier, again yet another cool detail they added for increased visibility and safety for your pet.•another side zippered storage pocket. I used this to store a portable water bowl and poo poo 💩 bags and wipes in case my doggie has an accident.•See my photos, you can see how this carrier fit my 6 month old chihuahua.

My dog is small and as you can see he has plenty of room. I got the largest size for that reason. I did initially buy the smaller one but decided since he is a puppy there might still be room to grow. I love this bag. I travel a lot with my dogs (retired airline employee) and want a good lightweight bag. I have used Sherpa and Kugro backpacks (LOVE) but recently a gate agent wouldn't let me go on board with my lovable Kurgo backpack. She didn't think it had enough air holes (I beg to differ but what can you do?) So I was on the hunt for a bag that would work for all gate agents! Here are some of the features I love best....1. You can slip it over a bag! I had a Sherpa bag originally that was twice the price but junk when it came to slipping it over your roller bag. The strap was too thin and it kept spinning around. This one has a wide strap that actually has velcro below so you you don't have to use it as a roller bag strap but as an extra pocket. It still spins around but no where near like the Sherpa. I think it would be helpful it wasn't so wide. Just monitor while using it and you will be fine.2. Love the peep hole on the side. It's just enough that he can poke his head out. He loved it as well.3. Good height and soft enough that it still fits under an airplane seat.4. Just enough pockets to make it useful.5. Nice shoulder strap and carries well.6. Plenty of room for my 10lb dog that is 12in long.Over all, a good bag. I might buy more for my other dog that travels with us as well.

Not the best!We've got second cat and needed one more carrier. I decided to save 20 bucks and not buy the same carrier like we have already. I thought what can be wrong with the carrier if it has right size? I was wrong.This carried looks really nice and I mean it. But to compare with our old one I see one the most important thing - this carrier doesn't have wired support on walls in entrance area(where zippers are). Those areas are soft because mesh is soft, zipper is flexible, there is no support to hold that structure, to keep walls apart. Carrier came folded, there is a pad with some hard part inside which holds bottom and walls at bottom. But when you take carrier in your hands walls in upper part are trying to fold back and it collapses making space inside smaller.The side with half-opening holds better, but the hole opening side folds all the time.It will never hold because there is no support.

Just flew with this for our 11 pound chiweenie yesterday. She just fit and could barely turn around due to her length 17". Wouldn't put any larger dog in this Liked the full end opening. Use the clip to secure them in if you open the end with the opening so they can stick their head out due to ours jumped out of it. Liked and used the sleeve to put over the handle to our 20 dollar cart we bought to pull it with. End pocket wouldn't stay velcroed. Liked how we could squash it to fit under seat in plane, barely fit under middle seat ( the largest floor area of the 3 seats including aisle and window seat). We flew South West.

VERY WELL MADE!! ATTENTION TO ALL THE DETAILS!!BUT,BUY THE THE LARGER SIZE!! 19”x10”x13”THE SMALL SIZE 17”x9”x11.5 IS A BIT CRAMPED EVEN FOR A CAT!THE PRICE THEY CHARGE FOR A UPS PICKUP FOR AN EXCHANGE /REPLACEMENT IS EXPENSIVE!!!

Bought 2 of these for flying cats from Hawaii to the mainland. They arrived and stunk immediately when opened. A chemical smell. Imagine putting your cats in that! So I aired out for a week, kind of like a mattress. This did not work. I had to hose it off and scrub it and dry it. Pain, but time was running out until the flight. Eventually the thing did not smell. And it worked as advertised going through Hawaiian Airlines. Fit under the seat fine. No questions at the airport. Just know, all those years you grumbled about the crying babies on airplanes, you will now be that guy. Just with a cat. At some point, regardless of case, someone's gonna cry out non-stop. I suggest flying a redeye so in the dark you can let their heads pop out a bit without getting in trouble.

Such a perfect size for a flight! I love that you can also place your little friend right on your roller bag. Super impressed with this product, especially the price! I have a 7 lb shih-tzu/maltese mix, and he fits in small carrier perfectly with enough room to turn around. He really likes the little opening on the other side of the carrier where he can stick his head out.

Es bastante amplia, yo la compré para mis gathijos y aunque son grandes caben dos, pero solo la utilizo para uno y que pueda tener más comodidad, es muy resistente y el color me fascinó. Si la recomiendo.

Great, sturdy carrier has all the features I was looking for. What would make it perfect for me is to be able to open the top. My dog doesn’t like coming out from the end.

Very well made and sturdy and would definetly purchase again. The only thing I would have liked is having an opening on the top of the carrier.

Igual a la imagen, buen tamaño y calidad aceptada en aerolíneas, aunque no cabe bien debajo del asiento del avión se debe aplastar un poco, buenos compartimientos y correas

Buen producto, resistente. Un poco más pequeño de lo que dice la página, pero a mi gato le sirvió para la visita al veterinario. No cabe muy bien acostado, y eso que es un gato pequeño. Cumple sus funciones, pero definitivamente voy a comprar otra maletita cuando vaya a hacer viajes más largos.
