Pasta Mancini Linguine 500 Gram

Pasta to me is like white rice....a means to hold sauce. Not this. This pasta is amazing. Lots of flavor, you can actually taste the wheat. After the boiling to rehydrate you can cook down with some of the remaining pasta water and get a truly lovely starchy pasta sauce with added olive oil, a touch of butter, some garlic. I have never tasted anything similar. Very delicious, creamy and something out of the ordinary.

Our son brought some back with him from his trip to Italy. I was amazed at the difference between true Italian pasta and American/Italian pasta. I could eat as much of this as I want and do not feel the bloat like American pasta. It has a richer flavor with a lighter feeling. I ordered this on Amazon and was nervous that it would not be the same, but it was! I will only buy Mancini for now on! Just amazing quality.

Great drying process and ingredients that ensures the creation of a fantastic product. Spend a few bucks more to acquire excellent italian pasta. I will never buy cheaper non-italian made pasta again. Artisan pasta rules.
