Dicor RP-RG-1GL Roof Guard RV Roof Protectant Spray - White, 1 Gallon

A previous question concerning coverage, our camper roof is approximately 125sqft, and a half gallon more than covered it. The roof was cleaned before applying with the dicor cleaner, allowed to dry and then treated. Think of this as something like like armor-all for your roof, its a protectant, not a sealant. It should be applied early in the season and reapplied before storing if your camper sits outside with only a cover.

The media could not be loaded. Just applied it. Easy to apply. I used a microfiber mop head. It’s easy to see where it’s been applied. When dry, it leaves a matte finish. I did 2 coats. One as the sun set and another as it was rising the next day.I used Green machine to clean instead of their companion brand due to park restrictions and other reviews that compared products. We live full-time in our RV and spent weeks planning for a space without direct sunlight and pressure water that we could clean the roof, let dry and apply. Went to use it and the sprayer is not functioning. Messed with if for 15 minutes and finally just poured it in small sections. Used more than intended. I suppose it will extra protected now.My advice is to have a spare spray bottle on hand in case the sprayers from this batch are flawed. I did not have the luxury of putting off my project to wait for a replacement.6 months earlier, same scenario and the package was delayed. Was traveling and had to pull the plug on it and cancel the order. I will order it in advance next time.

I put this on the roof of my RV to protect it from the sun.

I apply this to my fifthwheels roof twice a year. It does take some time and effort, but once you are done, your camper stays cleaner longer. After applying the sealer there is a noticeable decrease in black streaks. I can only assume the dirt runs off the roof easier? but it definitely takes longer for black streaks to appear, a major plus as well as caring for your roof.

I used the same company cleaner. Applied the product as noted. Hope it works.

Have used a couple time on MH roof this year seems to work. Will keep using it. Easy to apply,
