After using the unit for more than 6 month. I can say that it continually fails to stay alive. The light will start blinking red. I followed all the support suggestions and they also made a new firmware, but it continuously fails to stay alive. The WIFI signal is 98% and none of my other IoT devices have this problem. The second issue is that it calculates the wattage incorrectly. For the past months I been recording the electric meter versus the Eydro whisc it has an error of more than 40%. So basically its an expensive meter that needs calibration and the support team is useless.Update: after 6 months the unit is dead

We've been using Eyedros on our rental properties for a few years now and they continue to be reliable. We haven't had any issues with them at all, they just work. It was the best option for a system that simply monitors your energy use, without any of the fancy stuff or paid subscriptions that other devices require.
