Of course I was nervous when I bought this on Amazon. The order was sent in a paper envelope, and I became even more skeptical. The letters were were folded up in the envelope and I was worried that they would be creased. They were not, luckily. After a few measurements on my hood l, I used some painters tape to secure the decal to my hood, then I had no problem securing the letters to my hood in a clean and stylish fashion. I recommend this product, even if it seems a little sketchy at first.

My Jeep was “Ducked” for the first time because of its name! The “T-RUX” vinyl was perfect and easy to install! My 3 year old helped. The letters came a little more spaced out than I anticipated but that was an easy fix. I added the skull later. Quick shipping. No damage or wear after SEVERAL power washes.

I have purchased a few times. Whenever I want to change what I’m saying. Great price great product. The adhesive residue left behind after removing letters cleans off easy with no damage. I used water and rag. I highly recommend this product. I love personalizing my Jeep.

When you configure the decals, the image looks perfect. Spacing is a bit close, so I put a space between each letter and it turned out perfect.

Unfortunately, this decal would not stick. Cleaned the surface perfectly per the instructions posted on the item page, spray bottle misted with recommended dose of soap. Nope. Decal would not even release from backing either. It stuck to the clear backing strip an absurd amount. The one letter I did manage to get to release took me about 3 minutes of work and then the decal subsequently began to peel off my vehicle (which is unwaxed, BTW). Poor performance. I requested a refund/new product, as maybe I just received a dud. Here is the stock response I got: "If vinyl does not adhere then there is a problem with the surface. Decals are made from commercial grade materials and are free from defects. Surface must be smooth and free of wax and ceramic. Clear film is not part of decal and must be removed once applied to the surface." The response assumes many things, and in my opinion, shows contempt for the customer. Assuming the product is "free from defects" means there is a 100% success rate in anything they ever make. No product is perfect, hence allowing returns, refunds, or sending the customer a new version. Further, assuming it's 100% the customer's failings and not the "free from defects" comment in the response, well, I've done this sort of thing before, and I don't like the "you're the idiot" tone. From the past reviews, most customers appear satisfied and that's great. I am out $25 and I'll eat this one because I have to. I do understand this is a custom product and returns can be iffy. If the email verbiage wasn't about absolving all of the company's responsibility for an inferior product and making soft accusations about my misgivings, I would have let it slide without a negative review. This is my first negative review of any product. No resolution offered by this company other than it can't be their fault. I will find business elsewhere.

Will definitely use again! I just wish I could add more letters or at least be able to order multiple words all with the same spacing so I can form a sentence if I wanted without the spacing being off.
