Any info for compatibility with raspberry 4 ?? I read about 1-2 and 3, but no mention about 4... or if there is a new version coming to work with it ?

There is no info. It will work because it worked on my Pi3 and Pi4. It is a standard direct input, so it will work.

What are the dimmensions of this board? Length Width and height to top of jack?

Length is 3 1/4", width is 1 3/8" and height from bottom to the top of the connectors is about 5/16" ,

In the photos, I see 3 5v led connections. In q&a, it says this does not power led buttons. Can you please confirm?

Those ports are powered. Use them and you'll have lighted power

Is a dpad counted as a joystick, or would it utilize 4 of the 12 buttons?

All of these answers are completely wrong. A 5 pin joystick still uses 5 pins, 4 input 1 ground. A dpad would be the same. To use both, you'd use 8 inputs, and can combine the ground to 1.
