Don't waste your money
It is horrible, the TV is slow and keeps freezing all the time. Don't waist your money and time.

Slow to respond to channel change....
Good price & delivery. No problems setting up.BUT, channel change is very slow...keeps saying between channels now loading.....EVERY TIME! There also seems fewer Freeview channels than I'm used to. Didn't bother to count but a pain as old TV given away, this TV set up but I just can't live with it.

do not like these products
There are a lot of issues with these televisions. I have had two of them and one of them was a replacement. To many issues with the sound and connecting other devices to the televisions. Loose sound when ever using other devices for connection to the internet or other broad band services. Interruptions too tv channels, signal really difficult to sit and watch programs on internet or from aerial digital television always breaking up. constantly on the phone to people to find out and fix connections and only had the two televisions for two weeks. one waiting to go back. waste of money and time. why can I not get a tv that really works for me the way I want. It like having to tune into an old radio from the 1950s an the telly.

Poor quality
Worked fine for one day then wouldn't turn on the next day, wouldn't go from standby to power on , just shut down immediately

That when you buy something it should do its job.
I thought I’d buy British, I really wish I hadn’t.The mouse is a pain to use, the apps don’t work all the time, Netflix and amazon keep failing to work I’m fed up of resetting the bloody thing to make it work. It’s a very big disappointment.I shall be ringing Ferguson ASAP to complain and they better sort it or come and get it.

Use with an external audio source only!
The audio quality is ridiculously poor. It needs to be turned up to around 75% in order to hear it but at 50% it starts to rattle and is incomprehensible.The remote control did not connect to the TV (something another reviewer reported), I got another one from the manufacturer which partially worked but not all functions were available.It's a cheap TV. If you just want a display with no audio and you are happy to control it with the buttons around the back then this might be OK for you. Otherwise I would say pay a little extra and get something that works.

Avoid
Awful. Don’t buy.Feels cheap and flimsy.Slow and unresponsive when connected to WiFi.Remote control is awful, absolutely awful.
