Two years ago I had my gallbladder removed. My surgeon said I may get diarrhea but didn't have to change a thing. A year later I am barely eating because everything made me bloated, gassey and oh the heartburn. I either had diarrhea or constipation. After researching i ended up trying Dr. Mercolas digestive enzyme, it is time released. That helped but when I added this probiotic, both products changed my life! I have to take the enzyme in the morning and the probiotic in the evening ( I feel like one of them cancels the other if taken together because I will get symptoms)....let's just say for me it was an absolute lifesaver! I actually feel like I never had my gallbladder removed. No more gas, bloating, heartburn, diarrhea or constipation.

I have IBS and diverticulosis and have followed a keto lifestyle for the past 2 years. I no longer have GERD, but my IBS seems to have reared it's ugly head once again. Some of the vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli) and some sugar free sweeteners like xylitol, which I like to use in my desserts, cause me to have chronic gas, bloating and stomach pain on a daily basis, including constipation - which is part of my IBS diagnosis. I have used probiotics and they did help, but for some reason the brand I had no longer helps. I decided to stop some of the foods that are known to cause stomach distress in IBS patients but didn't get sufficient relief, then remembered I wasn't taking probiotics. I purchased this brand and started taking it immediately. I cannot believe that within 3-4 days of taking this product, my stomach pain, gas, bloating are gone. Even the constipation has eased, I make sure to take one tablet every morning and have felt like a different person. I bought 2 bottles and will buy this again! It works.

I have tried many probiotics. This one was highly recommended on consumer report. Within days of taking the supplement, I could tell a noticeable difference. Bloating decreased significantly. (Now after 3 months in, I seldom IF EVER experience bloating). I've gone from what seems like a lifetime of constipation to being comfortable and regular. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of they are a little pricey. BUT, I perfectly intend to continue ordering/taking a probiotic that works so marvelously well for me!

I don't even know where to start. Forgive me in advance if I am all over the place with this review. It is just that amazing I really don't know where to start.Okay, here I go.So I have had chronic IBSC since I was in my 20s I'm in my 40's now and I can truly say that I have been suffering for a long time. Some of my everyday symptoms have been, severe constipation, blotting, cramp, upset stomach, lower abdomen pain, lower back pain, and the list goes on...I have a GI doctor that kept pumping me with all types of meds... I have been on linzess which helps with constipation but it causes a lot of cramps before I could use the bathroom, so I don't take it as I should...Without taking the linzess I would go to the bathroom once or twice a week, if I take the linzess every day as prescribed I would go but I would be in a lot of abdominal pain before I go.Now I have given you guys some of my painful history of constipation, let me give you the highlight of my life since I have been taking the Lion Heart supplement Probiotic.I have been taking this supplement for the past three weeks and all I can say is thank you,God! For giving whoever it is that came up with this probiotic the knowledge, thank you.Remember all I've said above about how I was not able to go on my own without help. Now, during week one of taking this product, I went to the bathroom every day without pain, once or twice a day I couldn't believe it. Week two was slowing down and I was starting to second guess the product, then I realized that my intake of fluids was low so I started drinking more fluids and I started going every day like in week one. I'm now in week three and it's the same going every day. I go with no pain, I just feel the need to go and go that's it.I'm sorry for putting you guys through such a long read but I just wanted to let you guys know how amazing this probiotic is, I wanted to wait for a month to make sure it was the right fit for me before I did a review but I just have to say something now. I will be on them for the rest of my life. Amazing!

Does this product produce a bowel movement? Yes. Does it do so comfortably? No. I took one capsule with my first meal of the day, felt fine all day. And then immediately following dinner the cramps began. They intensified throughout the night and left me sleepless. I took a charcoal tablet thinking it was gas, but that did little to help. I took 2 ibuprofen and the pain would not quit until the following morning. And then yes, success in the bathroom. I thought the pain was just from being so backed up, so I gave this pill another try. Night 2 - the pain was even more unbearable. For the record, I battle with bloating and constipation on a regular basis, but have not been diagnosed with IBS. I try to stick with natural laxatives and veggie capsules, but I wanted to try something new that didn't require taking so many pills every day (as I had been) and this one seemed so natural... Maybe this drug is meant for people with specific medical issues and being that I live a reasonably healthy lifestyle, a probiotic wasn't what I needed... I didn't see a lot of negative reviews, but I thought my own experience was worth sharing, because I don't believe this is for everyone.
