Would these push open a weighted drawers or pots - about 35 lbs, perhaps if I used two on each side?

Yes, these touch latches can push open a weighted drawers. You can see the video above which our customer shares. On the video these drawers are wide and heavy, the bottom 2 drawer also have pots and glass bakeware. But these latches are strong enough to almost push the drawers completely open.
