Expensive but worth it (so far)
I did a lot of research on the best wireless mechanical keyboard and so many respected hardware sites (Tom's Hardware, Techradar) list this option as their top pick. They are not wrong. I've had this keyboard for a bit more than a month and after some initial break in, the keyboard lives up to the hype. The programmable lighting is really nice. I'm not a big fan of the crazy RGB gamer aesthetic but even I was suckered into creating a cool (if monochromatic) wavey light pattern. The G-Hub software isn't super user-friendly, but it gets the job done. The mechanical keys feel really good so far. There was an initial break in period over the first few days where the keys felt a bit inconsistent from one to another, but now they all feel really smooth and consistent. I went with the linear option and I like how quiet and responsive they are. I was unsure if I was going to like transitioning from a full actuation "clicky" board to this one with the shortened key press distance and the linear switch, but I'm very happy with it. I should call out the keys are untextured and totally smooth, almost slippery feeling for the first few uses. It was very off-putting at first but either I got used to it or the keys caps have broken in and it feels fine now. I'm not a big macro user normally, but I've created a few for work to speed up simple tasks that I do all the time like switch to outlook and create a new message. Not super helpful, but it feels cool to do. The build quality is amazing. I've already shared my thoughts on the key caps and switches, but the board itself is a very nice anodized brushed aluminum. It's a small thing, but it looks great, makes the board rigid even though it's very thin and lends a nice heft that "cheaper feeling" boards don't have. The fit and finish is also top notch. There aren't any weird gaps where the pieces fit together and all the edges are very tight. The media keys are OK -they aren't mechanical and can feel a bit squishy. The volume bar is knurled aluminum and feels great. The battery life is spot on. I get slightly more than 30 hours on a charge with lighting active. The lightspeed wireless and bluetooth connectivity are easy to pair and I haven't had an issue. My only complaints about this board are about the form factor and the media/profile/lighting keys. The keyboard is a non-standard length due to the addition of the macro keys. This makes it impossible to find a wrist rest or lap board that fits flush to the length of the board. Logitech should definitely make a wrist rest for this board. You can find custom options on sites like Etsy, but they are 2-3x the price of mass produced ones. The other issue are the keys used for media controls/keyboard profile switching/etc (the round buttons in the images). They don't feel mechanical and feel pretty squishy. I would have preferred all mechanical keys, but I don't use them nearly as much as the rest of the keyboard so it's not a deal breaker. Overall, this board is super expensive - but you are getting what you pay for with well made components and features that you can't find anywhere else. I have concerns about long term durability of the key cap coating (I hear it wears off with heavy use over time and they are a custom format, not easily replaceable) and the battery life. I expect this board to perform well for several years based on the price and initial impressions and will update this review if any long term issues come up.

Unmatched Gaming Experience - The Logitech G915 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard!
As an avid gamer, I've always been on the lookout for equipment that would enhance my gaming experience. With the Logitech G915 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, I've found more than just an enhancement; I've found a game changer! The low profile GL Linear key switches offer a unique blend of speed, precision, and quiet performance that's unrivaled. Each key press is smooth and responsive, resulting in less fatigue during prolonged gaming sessions. Whether it's for rapid-fire first-person shooter games or high-stakes strategy games, this keyboard has drastically improved my performance. The LIGHTSYNC RGB is another feature that takes this keyboard to the next level. The ability to customize the lighting on a per-key basis has allowed me to create a visually stunning and personalized setup. The dynamic, reactive lighting adds a captivating visual element to the gaming experience. What sets the G915 apart is its advanced LIGHTSPEED wireless technology. Even as a die-hard wired keyboard user, I was blown away by the speed and reliability of the connection. There's absolutely no noticeable lag or latency, which is critical during high-intensity gaming sessions. The added Bluetooth support makes it incredibly versatile and easy to connect with multiple devices. The construction of the keyboard also deserves a mention. The brushed metal finish and thin design give it a sleek, high-tech look that matches its performance. Despite its slim design, it feels solid and robust - clearly built to withstand the test of time and intense gaming. Battery life is another area where the G915 shines. I've been able to game for hours on end without worrying about recharging, a huge plus for those long gaming marathons. And when it does come time to recharge, the process is quick and effortless. In conclusion, the Logitech G915 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard has redefined my gaming setup and experience. From its ultra-responsive keys to its stunning LIGHTSYNC RGB, this keyboard ticks all the boxes for a high-quality, immersive gaming experience. It's more than just a keyboard; it's a revolution in gaming equipment. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any gamer looking for the ultimate competitive edge. It's worth every penny!

El teclado esta padre, puedes configurar las luces, las teclas macro y el rollo para subir y bajar de volumen esta cool. Es dificil encontrar teclados con las teclas de macro que estan en el lado izquierdo y por este y otros motivos esta perfecto el teclado. 😀

If you're buying this keyboard, you probably don't care about the fact that it's twice as much as any other wireless keyboard, because you only want the very best. It's a tad expensive for what you get, but aside from that, the quality is excellent. Logitech's lightspeed connectivity is excellent - I haven't noticed any sort of input lag; so as far as I can tell, this is just as responsive as using a wired keyboard. Battery life is excellent, especially considering that this is a full RGB keyboard. I suspect that even with heavy usage, you'd get probably 2 weeks out of the battery before you'd have to recharge. Build quality is amazing - the body is made of a brushed metal which feels amazing to the touch. I got the linear key version ( I can't stand "clicky" keyboards, although to each his own) and while you can obviously hear the keys and it's not as quiet as Apple's butterfly keyboards, I find it quiet enough that the sound doesn't bother me. The one thing that could be a little bit better is Logitechs software that you'll use to customize the lighting effects and the various macro keys and profiles. It's not bad, but compared to the software that came with the K95 Corsair keyboard I was using before, I found it just a bit more clunky to use. Biggest complaint is that if you want to control lighting effects from the keyboard itself but leave keybinds alone, you're forced to duplicate a profile. So that's a little tedious and hard to manage if you have a lot of different lighting effects.

After such a disappointing experience with Corsair's wireless peripherals, I went back to Logitech with a vengeance!! Seriously. There was some spite for Corsair when I bought this extremely expensive keyboard. Not to say that I think this was overpriced. Well, okay, ya, maybe somewhat. But from the unboxing experience to actually holding and cradling this work of technological art, the G915 simply breathes premium quality. This is without a doubt a luxury item. I went for the Linear keys, which for me feels very familiar. The layout is very similar to my 10yo+ G15, and typing on this is quite comfortable, for both work and gameplay. There is no discernible lag between keystrokes and reports while typing; and movement and actions in-game are flawlessly instantaneous. The latest available G Hub took all of 2 minutes to adjust to. I still have to play around with Light Sync, but Key Assignments and Game Mode are pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. As always, Logitech makes sure their software is polished, intuitive, and is complimentary to their hardware (unlike Corsair's atrocious iCue). And let's not forget the 3-way connectivity. Having two wireless options and fully functional wired connectivity diversifies the G915's real-world applications. Your laptop, your phone, iPad or tablet, Windows, iOS, Android.. this can connect to them all! There are however three caveats (aside from the pricetag) I'd like to point out: 1) The proprietary, dedicated dongle - it would've been nice to see the G915 using something like a G-Series version of the Logitech Unifying Receiver. Corsair's "Slipstream" technology is just that, and I think it's a huge selling feature - if Corsair actually got it to work. Logitech has the resources to develop this ecosystem and put it to market; 2) I wish they had included the light/proximity sensor found on the K800. It's a great feature that I found ingenious and practical; and lastly, 3) The secondary characters on the keys are not illuminated. I do still on occasion have to look down and find the special characters, and it's difficult to see them in dim lighting (as my split keypad pic attempts to illustrate). And it also somehow makes the keyboard seem incomplete. Regardless, this keyboard as a whole is impeccable. The premium materials, solid construction, and rich feature set, along with a seamlessly integrated software, makes this the best keyboard I've ever used. So if you have some disposal income and are in the market for a new eye-catching yet functional centerpiece for your desk, this is not a bad way to go. Happy shopping!

I’ve been using the Logitech G915 LIGHTSPEED as my daily driver since 2022, and overall, it’s been a stellar investment especially since I got it on sale. As someone who spends 6+ hours a day typing and gaming, the low-profile tactile keys are a perfect balance, they’re responsive without being loud, and the slim design keeps my wrists comfortable during long sessions. The wireless performance is rock-solid; I’ve never noticed latency or any other problems. Build quality is where this shines. The brushed metal finish still looks sleek after two years, and the RGB lighting (while not something I obsess over) adds a polished touch to my setup. Battery life is impressive, I charge it once every week at most. That said, it’s not flawless. The lettering on my WASD keys is noticeably fading, which is disappointing for a keyboard in this price range. I also ran into an issue where the ‘A’ key occasionally registered double presses. A quick online search suggested debris buildup was the reason, so I cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol (99%) and compressed air. Problem solved, but it’s a reminder that even premium keyboard like this one needs occasional maintenance. Minor gripes aside, this keyboard has held up better than any I’ve owned. If you want a durable, high-performance wireless mechanical keyboard and don’t mind babying the keycaps, the G915 is worth it especially on sale. Just keep that cleaning kit handy.

I might have gotten a lemon, but after four months of use, my A key started double-logging keystrokes. I have tried to clean the switch, but no luck. I will update the review if I determine the cause. Edit: putting it back to 5 stars.. support got me a new keyboard no fuss. Just don't void the warranty by opening it up yourself. I suspect it was a soldering issue. Or faulty switch. The second keyboard over a year later no issues. Love the keyboard and Logitech stuff in general.
