MC24-8 Lift-Off Griddle - 4 Burner Unit, 24"W

Great product, I have a couple of griddles from these guys, just wish the tolerance on my last product was a little better. One side is flush with the base while the other has a gap.

I followed all of the instructions. Seasoned it. Put it on my 4 burner gas stove. Got it level. I set the gas to a low volume. What I got was a griddle that has 4 extremely hot hotspots. The rest of the griddle was almost cool enough to touch. Even after leaving the flames on for some time. I tried all sorts of configurations. High heat, low heat, medium heat. I couldn't get anything without these hot/cool spots.This seemed like a great concept. I wish I had been able to return it. This is a few hundred bucks down the drain. I'm very disappointed with this purchase and would encourage others to not buy this product.

Difficult to find item, very pleased with performance

This is my first time buying one but second time using one. A great solution when you need some flat top space but don't want to reconfigure the whole kitchen. Gives flexibility since you can take it back off the range. Due to being placed on round burners can have hot spots but you can learn to work with it. Grease trap could be better but again, you can learn to work with it; just don't let it get too full or try to empty when hot!

Perfection!!! I should know, I'm a Chef!!! Great quality, easy to use. I used this for a pancake breakfast for a charity. If you know how to season a cast iron pan. You should be good. If not look it up because it needs to be seasoned before use.
