First time making an entremet and this product made it go so smooth! It peeled off my moose perfectly, there was a slight edge where the mold met, but I took an extra 30 seconds and went around with a knife and then it was perfect, super happy with this product :)

Love! Love! Love! Silikomart best of the best quality product. Easy to use not even for professional bakers. Doesn't leak, easy remove after freezer. Excellent shape. Look at this result, awesome isn't?

Fairly expensive but so useful if you're making an entremet. A frozen entremet pops out of this mold very easily, and I really like the rounded edges of the resulting entremet's shape. I knocked off a star because I'm not sure if the mold is supposed to hold completely together while the entremet sets up in the freezer. Whenever I've used it, I think the entremet expands a bit while freezing and separates the two pieces of the mold slightly, allowing mousse to fill into the space. The result is a ridge along the edge; otherwise the entremet would be entirely smooth. I later manually smooth out the ridge with a heated spatula for mirror glazing--I don't know if this ridge actually affects the uniformity of the mirror glaze but I always smoothed the ridge out before in case. I think the price is also steep for the average baker.

Un produit parfait comme quasi toute la gamme silikomart. Facile d'utilisation , beau rendu , nettoyage parfait , il passe au lave-vaisselle. Rapidité de livraison , commander le mardi et reçu le jeudi ( prevu de base 8 jours) Bien emballé et proteger . Ravie de mon achat .

Acquistato come regalo di Natale. Lo stampo è molto ben curato e pratico, le due parti che lo compongono combaciano perfettamente. La forma è davvero elegante, rendendolo uno strumento perfetto per gli appassionati di pasticceria. Unica pecca riscontrata è l'imballaggio assente, che ha fatto sì che la confezione arrivasse danneggiata. Acquisto consigliato

Au déballage il paraît petit, 18 cm de diamètre, mais vous pouvez en faire 8 à 10 part tout de même. Une contenance de 1000ml c'est ni trop grand, ni trop petit. Se demoule facilement. Poser le moule sous un support (une plaque où autre) pour faciliter la manipulation du moule lorsqu'il est rempli. Le rendu est super sympa. Livré en 3 jours. Je recommande.
