Got this to replace my last weather station that had gone very wonky.The colour display looks good and is much easier to read.setting up was ok apart from it wouldn't pick up the radio time and location, so did manually which was easy.I would say it reads about 1 degree less than the indoor temperature, compared to our central heating thermostat, and slightly warmer for the outside temp by 1.5 degrees.Indoor humidity reading seems about right, outdoor humidity seems to read higher than my other devices, I've no idea which is correct.It looks nice, has run faultlessly for a month or so.Quite expensive in comparison to previous weather stations I've had, but they didn't have the nice colour display.

Bought this to replace a weather station I had for a number of years. Similar functions, temperature readings seem accurate & it is easy to set up. Quite difficult to read while running on batteries. Tap the top & it lights up for 15 seconds - would prefer longer. Clear, sharp & easy to read when lit.A USB cable is supplied but no plug.I'm happy with the purchase & seems a good wee weather station for the price.Only minor grouch is that it isn't technically a colour screen. The colour is a print out with glass on top that gives the readings. That being said it's a good station for the price hence the 5 stars.

This shows a good display. If you plug it into the electric it stays lit up. The only thing I cannot work out is how to set the barometric pressure. Compared to my barometer it is wrong.

Weather station is a nice design with an attractive clear colour display giving indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity information along with trend indicators and time and date information. It also has a max and min temperature memory and an alarm for high and low temperature and frost alarm.The unit is very easy to set up and has clear step by step instructions using a button to move through each step along with up and down arrows to set personal preferences. It can be powered by battery which where the display sleeps after 15 seconds and needs to be touched to wake, or can be mains supplied via a usb connection through the supplied cable but requires a seperate usb charger . In this case the display is permanently lit to any of the selectable four illumination levels . The unit appears fairly accurate if compared to other devices of a similar type. The weather prediction is basic using temperature and humidity trends but not to be compared to more technical and expensive units. One minor problem is that that overall trend notice is obscured by a tree in the background.Overall , for the price , it is a useful source of information in an attractive display.

The station arrived promptly and was well packaged. Set up was relatively easy, although the date/time aspect was a tad mysterious at first I achieved it after a couple of attempts. The readings seem accurate. The particular feature that I found disappointing was that although the screen is bright and clear to read, it remains lit up only for 15 seconds before going dark. This is on battery power. It is then necessary to press the 'relight' button to get another 15 seconds of illuminated screen. I have set up a small battery cell to allow me to read the screen fully and leave illuminated if I wish. A really good piece of kit but an odd bit of design to limit the screen illumination to 15 seconds only unless it is connected to a pack or mains electricity.
