The active ingredient in this medication will not work for nail fungus.From WebMD: "This medication is used to treat skin fungal infections such as athlete's foot and jock itch. Undecylenic acid is a fatty acid that works by preventing the growth of fungus. This product should not be used to treat fungal infections of the scalp or nails."

I have found out that there are two kinds of Fungi Nail. One kind is clear liquid made with undecylenic acid. The other is the white liquid made with tolnaftate. They are both sold in the same exact looking container. The white liquid one made with tolnaftate does not work. When I say does not work, it is because no matter how many times I twist it, it won't come out at all, so I can't use it. A total waste of money. The other kind, the undecylenic acid one, takes a few days to start flowing but eventually it works. Beware which one you are getting.Update: Beware: although, when you click on the picture here, it lists undecylenic acid as the ingredient, that is not what I received. I received the tolnaftate which is not what was advertised.Update again: The company wrote to me, asking me to change the review. After reading what they wrote to me, I would change it to zero stars I would. As you can see from the photo above, what was advertised was undeclyenic acid (top photo) and what they gave me was tolnaftate. Through this response, they made me feel that they don't believe me, even though I sent them photos to prove it and I sent the product back and they could read it when they see the returned item, and yet they basically told me their venders were correct and I was not! I can never trust these sellers again. Here is what they wrote:"We have double checked the listing and we find out that we are selling the exact item as per listing. We confirmed with our vendor twice and they told us that we received this packaging directly from the company."This is totally false!

The name of this product is quite misleading. The package insert makes it clear that this is only for athetes foot. Returned product.

This product is actually making a difference. This is my third try to deal with the onychomycosis, and finally, finally, I have landed on a product that actually works. Long process, this is my third purchase, but I'll keep at it until the job is done.

The nurse tending to my foot nail fungus highly recommended this as a daily treatment for a stubborn case of a tenacious case of nail fungus. I like that it is a paint-on product and it flows out evenly with twists of a barrel-shaped pen. I plan to use this daily with patience, as this is a long-term problem. I have also been spraying Hongo Killer on my nails, so I have to figure out which product to use, but I am happy to have two solutions to my problem. I recommend the paint-on Fungi Nail.

I find it easier to use the pen then the bottle, the pen is longer than the brush that comes in the bottle and the bristles seem stiffer than the bottles brush. With the pen you have more control over the amount of solution that goes on then the bottle brush. I like it better!

I ordered this product in July and the ingredient on the pen was 25% Undecylenic Acid.The pens I received today are 1% Tolnaftate.I purposely ordered the same pen as before, I did not get it.

I have tried everything, but this has worked the best.
