There is nothing to dislike in the product and product support. The Indian filters claim they are 5 microns. They are big cheats, only after using you will know. While using ISpring filters, use it with ISpring housing. You will see crystal clear water that you will wonder at the technology behind it, that is ISpring a hi tech company with a mindboggling range of products and they are also into IT but that is a sister concern

Showing a before and after shot in pictures. These easy to install filters work spectacularly well! I find, being I am on a well, that I have to change mine every three months and these remove a lot of Maganese( that’s the black colour).
