These seem good, definite improvement in alertness after taking.A lot of people seem to be complaining they are too hard to swallow and they are large pills, but I just chew them and wash them down with some water. They taste a bit like a vitamin C tablet, not unpleasant at all. Learn to improvise people.

I would recommend this product to anyone thinking of buying them, I have seen huge improvements in my body shape over the last month whilst taking these in line with a gym program and believe these are a big factor!

Hmmm Not so sure this is as good as same Holland and Barrett product ?

This product is a lot cheaper than the ones I have bought in the past so I thought I would give them a go. The tablets are huge and there is no way you can swallow them whole. They do snap in half easily so it's not too much of a problem. The packaging was just right, no wasted space. I do wonder what fillers are used in the tablets, there is no information given and I am beginning to suspect that there may be some allergens in them which may force me to revert back to my previous brand.

Fairly large tablets, but they have a oddly nice taste around them, almost like vitamin c. good product.

These easily absorbed capsules have been a godsend during lockdown. My poor brain was really suffering from webinar exhaustion. After finishing my first bottle of these miracle pills, my concentration and ability to learn has definitely shown an improvement and I will be reordering shortly.
