Managerial Communication: Strategies and Applications 7th Edition

The book was used. It was actually falling apart when I received it. I was against ordering a used book especially during covid but it was very affordable. Big plus is that the prior renter highlighted all the main points and topics that we covered throughout the course. I would definitely recommend gluing the book back to the binding. It made it super hard to use being detached from the hard cover. Other than the appearance I really enjoyed the book.

When renting a book you should know that you can not highlight or mark in the book. So if you need to highlight to study for your classes, you should purchase the book and try and sell it afterwards.

I had no problem with what the author wrote. My only problem is the book I received was falling apart and it had highlighter all of it. The book was falling apart it got the job done. I am only writing this because I do not want to be charge with a new book since, what i got was not new at all.

As promised, on time and brand new book.

This book is for my college class but has been everything I needed it to be.

Disorganized content. I often find myself having to go back and review the point behind the material I just read. I’m really having a hard time pulling useful information out of the text. I am curious how this may compare to a book written by McGraw Hill.
