I received the item promptly without any issues. It was priced a tad less than similar mugs so that was appealing. I love how it has 2 lids, one for travel and one for keeping your drink hot or to be used as a coaster. The only thing that was disappointing was that even though the mug is dishwasher and microwave safe, it’s SUPER hot to touch when you take it out of the microwave. 4 stars all together and I would recommend to others!

I like the lid which helps keep my tea warm. But I wish the mug kept my beverages hot for a longer period of time.

I absolutely love this ceramic travel mug. It holds the right amount of water for a nice amount of tea. I love the infuser and it's easy to clean. I would buy this again and I would even be happy to gift this mug. It's pretty and I really like the hearts on the tree as leaves!

The small home at the bottom leaks when running through the dishwasher, other a good item otherwise.

I love the non-plastic option of drinking my tea with the extra room for a nice strong cuppa. Bravo!

The design is beautiful but it doesn't keep the tea hot enough for a good hour even when you use boiling water. The outside also stays really hot to the touch for the first few mins, which i don't like.

Love this tea cup. It is perfect for home or travel. The pretty design is also very pleasing. Although the yeti type containers keep tea hot longer, this does keep the liquid hot for a reasonable amount of time without sacrificing flavor.

This cup is very pretty and very sturdy. It is a bit heavy, but I like it!
