This product overall is pretty ok. I love the 360 feature it has. But be aware that when the parental unit makes physical contact with a cell phone, it freezes up and starts tripping out for a few seconds. It's done this twice when I've carried them both in one hand stacked on each other. Since then, it's frozen up again on it's own a time or two. And it has started not giving warning beeps when its low battery so it just dies without our knowledge. We've only had it less than a couple months. Pretty disappointing.

This baby monitor performs well enough. I like that you can move the camera around with the monitor, and that you can adjust brightness. There’s also an automatic “night mode” that’s perfect for when your baby is down for bed for the night. My only issue is that the video goes in and out way too frequently. I’ll be in the living room, maybe 20 feet away from the actual monitor, and the video will cut out multiple times for minutes at a time. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for this annoyance.

This monitor worked great until one day, the screen went funky (colored static lines across the screen) and then wouldn't turn on. This was accompanied by a strong smell of burning.We contacted the company who agreed to send us a new unit. They initially told us it would take 2 weeks to send it out. We never received it. I sent an email asking for an update weeks later and was told to "be patient". Later, I sent another email checking up on it and now I'm being ignored.DONT bother with this company. There's plenty more options to choose from.

Our monitor froze and glitches and ultimately died forever after only six months.

Got this as a gift worked great for 6 months. The screen went dead and never charged again. Reached out to the company and did not get a response. I rather go with V tech
