This wheelchair was not difficult to assemble.The frame and seat and wheels were all attached and pulled up similar to a push chair. The attachments to be fitted were the Battery, the controller/joystick and the bar between the handles for attaching the carers controller and the rear stabiliser wheels . Really like the wheelchair. It is definitely lightweight and folds easily. Easy to use. Didn't arrive on time hence the 4 stars.

With a little more attention to design this could be an excellent product. The cross bar between the handles jumps out from time to time as it is not retained in any way. The attendants speed control should be infinitely controlled from slow to fast as the fixed middle setting is too slow. The attendants handles should be adjustable in height, the batteries and charger clash with the front wheels when folded. The seat cushion needs to be more substantial as the front cross bar across bar under the seat cuts into the back of the passengers legs. Functionally it is good and folds well and the weight is good. The weight could be reduced further by fitting lighter wheels. The points mentioned are all small but if improved at very little cost would make a reasonable chair into a very good one! Well you wanted to know and now you do!!

Certainly lightweight and easy to fold. Very useful. Good customer care and replacement after first wheelchair damaged in transit. Very happy with product.

The delivery was two days early and all of the items were in the pack. The power chair is exactly as described by the seller, very comfortable, very easy to assemble and fold. Fits through normal doors without the need to widen doorways. If I have to find a problem it would be that the manual is only in Chinese, but there are plenty of pictures to show you how to do things. Great product. The reason for the 4 was that it weighs 17 kilos and I didn't realise how heavy or light 17 kilos was.

Brought this for my father but the battery will no longer charge, can't find replacement battery anywhere?
