I bought this to use as a “summoning bell” for my mom, she is 80 yrs old and needs help getting in and out of bed/bathroom after a hospitalization for an illness. She gets up every 2 hrs At night to go to the bathroom. We were using an annoying bell that startled everyone awake. There were a couple of times I didn’t wake up when she rang for me because she didn’t like to ring it hard and wake everyone up. We were frazzled until I decided to try this wireless doorbell. The setup only took about 5 min. I put one receiver in the kitchen and the other in my room, set on volume 1. The doorbell tone is pleasant although the musical ones were annoying or not very good. My mom felt better about using the “button” or the part that goes outside. She keeps it next to her pillow or in her walker basket. Now we all can sleep with our doors shut and I actually slept a bit better, assured that I won’t miss her call for help. I’m very happy with my purchase.

We moved from a single story to a two story house 2 years ago. The doorbell is quiet and can only be heard in the downstairs hall. We've been looking ever since for a doorbell that we can hear both upstairs and downstairs but they were either too expensive or didn't have 2 actual bells. This is absolutely perfect! The price is amazing. Plus, they are so easy to use. Just plug in the ringing devices into an outlet and you can hear the doorbell anywhere in the house. I especially like the fact that if you're expecting a repair man or someone and plan to be in a different part of the house (like the garage or upstairs farthest bedroom) you can simply unplug the ringing device and take it with you and plug it into the room you're in. You can just glue the button outside your front door, but we actually screwed it into the entry wall. Super easy and looks very nice. Our grandkids love the ringer that plays "Happy birthday" so that's what we have it set to play...they all want to press the button when they come!

It worked fine at first. I tested it again the next day and found that one of the receivers wasn't working. I relocated the non-working receiver to the same room as the other receiver and it still did not work. I then plugged the non-working receiver very close to the door bell inside the front door in the dining room. It worked then. I was under the impression that they would both work within 500 feet or so. I'll keep an eye and ear out for this and if it continues to act up, I will return it and adjust my review.

This makes my life so much easier. I'm hearing impaired and if I go into another room, I never hear anyone knock on the door. I live in an apartment and I had to sit in the same room not knowing when someone was going to show up. I don't have to worry about this anymore. A few days ago, one of the maintenance heard the door from outside. He liked it! He thought it was cool considering it was playing Jingle Bells. Lol... I got a laugh out of that. ☺️

This little guy has more songs than Spotify. The only thing I didn't like about it is how long it took for me to cycle around to a regular ringtone. I think it has something like 30 different Christmas songs. The only real issue I have with it is my kids love pushing the button and playing through the songs. The receivers have good signal strength as I put one out in the garage roughly 50 ft from the front door and it works fine.

I’ve been wanting a doorbell like this forever and I am so excited to finally have one. This was so easy to hookup and it has survived serious wind and rain and tomorrow will be snow. This works very well and hasn’t had any issues aside from sometimes a very slight delay in ringing if it’s plugged in too far away but it’s only by a few seconds so that’s not an issue for me. Otherwise this is perfect and everything I wanted. Love that it comes with two plugs so you can hear it no matter where you are in the home

I don't have a lot of complaints, I guess it was a good deal for a dual receiver wireless doorbell. It seems to have good range from TX to RX, but it does go off sometimes when no one is there. It is possible that it may be an environmental\geographical thing. The 2.4GHz band is a busy place and it could be receiving these false triggers from anywhere. I don't regret the purchase and this false trigger thing only happens about 2-3 times a week.

At first I was fine with this doorbell, even if occasionally it did not ring when someone was at the door. I’ve had it for about 7 months and recently it has started ringing by itself at all hours of the day and night. Both receivers do this so now it is not usable. Amazon customer service graciously issued me a refund even though the return window is long past. I don’t know if there is an issue with the unit or if it is a new signal in my area on the same frequency, but regardless I can no longer use it, which is disappointing. I’m going to try a different brand.

The doorbell was fine in all aspects except one. I purchased it as an outside transmitter for my front door. It was advertised as being waterproof to an IP44 standard. The one that I received was a model that did not meet that standard. The models with the IP44 standard are models P and N. The one I received is a model Q . Please change your description of this product.
