I've used PURE brand products for years and I haven't been disappointed yet! Especially with their magnesium, I feel it is the best brand. I ordered this for my 7-year-old who suffers from migraines. We were told by neurologist to try magnesium with vitamin b 2. She takes 5ml of this plus her vitamin b2. This stuff really helps! Thanks for a great and trustworthy product!

PURE makes great products. That is why the 5 stars. However, if you are looking for Magnesium Glycinate, this is not it even though the description says it is and even though it was suggested as a replacement for another product. Check the image of the label. It is Citrate not Glycinate. Two different forms of magnesium. Just in case you are specific about your magnesium.

I love this product and have ordered it 5 times, but this time I had to throw it in the garbage due to the broken lid. I won’t order this again.

They change the look of the bottle and they also added b vitamins... Which could possibly contradict certain people's purpose to take this which is for better sleep..

The purpose of this product for me is sleep, and it works! Anyone who has tasted liquid magnesium knows that magnesium tastes horrible. Pure Magnesium citrate liquid tastes amazing! I can actually leave it in my mouth before I swallow it and wash it down with water or juice. Before I discovered this product, I was taking plain liquid magnesium but dreaded the taste every night. I am so happy I found Pure Magnesium brand. It is sweetened with xylitol and apple juice which I like because there is no added sugar or harmful sweeteners (like aspartame). Great product.

This magnesium is a little pricy but it fits the saying "you get what you pay for". I have neuropathy. I got it as a side effect of chemotherapy. Many hours of each day I suffer from "pin-like" pain in my feet and lower legs. One dose (approxmately one teaspoon) of this product and within five minutes I have relief. Many times, the pin-like pain disappears. Just found out how wonderful magnesium is. I won't be without it!!!

I love this product. It helps me with regularity and also with leg cramps. It is one of the best tasting liquid magnesium I have tried. A little warning though if you are using it to help regulate your bowel movements......start small.....use 1/2 tsp to begin and increase it slowly until you are having regular movements. If you take too much at one time, you will definitely know it in in the morning. I also take it because I get severe Charlie horses in my legs at night. Taking this has drastically improved that.
