I'm not kidding. I don't write reviews. This is probably my first one. But damn. This bench. No assembly. Rock Solid. Beautifully made. Adjustable. There is no f'ing way you should buy anything else in the world, I'm not kidding. If I knew what it was like, I would pay double. Beautiful paint. SOLID pad. It felt like 24-hour fitness quality. Maybe A LITTLE BETTER THAN THAT. Thanks Chinese Factory! YOU VERY GOOD!

I bought this bench specifically for hip thrusts. Because you can adjust the height of the bench to where it’s perfect for doing the exercise.If you do hip thrusts, this is a must. The regular benches are way too high for hip thrusts. Finally found my perfect match. Thank you.

Just received this yesterday and I'm very happy with it! As others have stated, it's super easy to set-up. What initially caught my eye was the clean look of the bench. The ability to adjust the height then became the clincher in my decision making. There is the teensiest bit of side-to-side movement that results from the legs not being a single solid piece (I tightened the screws as much as I could), but I only see that tiny movement when closely inspecting its sturdiness - it is not something I'd notice during use. The bench pad is nicely firm. As you might be able to see in my pictures, the cover is not pulled completely taught, but it's not so loose that it's an issue or deal breaker for me. I took months painstakingly deliberating which flat bench to buy because none seemed quite right (e.g. too wide for my back, too tall, not visually appealing, concern about how to store it away if needed). Clearly, I'm particular about the things I own! When I came across this bench, I ended up making my decision within a day. I'm glad I took months to make my decision because I ended up with the right bench for me!

This bench provides excellent stability whether directly facing or exercising from the side. Folding legs help with storage. This bench is very similar size to those used as health clubs. Did I mention that it is stable from any angle that my 220 pound body decides to approach it? Good Value and Well Made.

I really like this bench. It is already completely put together. It is sturdy and stable and I really like the easy adjustment. I spent a lot of time looking for a simple but comfortable and stable bench. This one fit the bill. A good purchase for the price. Would recommend.

The bench came on time, and with just a quick look at the directions, I adjusted the leg height, and had it ready to use in under 5 minutes. It is good and sturdy, plus the red line looks cool too. This is a sturdy, well designed bench, that I can see lasting a long time. I think this one is better than the one that they have at the local gym. Yes it cost a little more than one of those cheapie benches, but for a little more, I got a great bench. I would recommend this bench to anyone.

I looked for a while before buying this. The reviews I read helped with the decision to buy and of course reviews are subjective.So thanks to all those who wrote reviews.Pros:1. Less then 2 minutes to unpack and set up. It is fully assembled. Legs extend by pulling back attached pin. Simple.2. Height adjustment same attached pin movement, easy as can be.3. Fit and finish, very nice. Frame is solid, no wobble and the bench has good padding and nice finish.Cons:None if you are looking for a simple bench that has height adjustment and folding legs this is it, more then worth the price.

This bench is solid for the most part! The pad is thick and made with tough quality material! It adjust very easy and is very easy to move , fold up and store! Nice wide bench for a more stable base espywhen doing heavy chest! My only negative is when you get it to the highest setting it does wiggle a very slight amount! ! Not enough to make me not use it but you do feel it as you settle down on it especially when heavy! But once on it it’s stable! So for the money and the very many uses I get out of it it’s great ! I mostly bought it to be able to do seal rows as the average to even expensive benches are not high enough! This is not but with solid boxes or my step ups it’s perfect an again very stable! I believe the only reason it’s a little wobbly is the pins at only on one side and don’t go all the way across the leg base as I think that’s would have eliminated this ! But I would buy again and am using it every in my home gym!
