I have non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and have trouble warming my feet. I spent more than a week reading reviews on all possible foot warming products for my evenings and then consulted my chiropractor/functional neurologist who prefers infrared for me. This pad is perfect for my needs--it folds over so the top of my feet are warmed as well as the bottom. It is very soft, the low temp is plenty warm for me, and I maintain warmth after treatment, which is amazing. I gave it 5 stars for pain relief, but I do not have pain--it is 5 stars for deep warming. It has 3 levels of heat, cuts off at 1 hour, the velvety cover can be washed, and the switch and temp regulation are just one button on the pad itself. I have finally found something that warms my feet, rather than just increase circulation as my other devices do. All the research was worth it and I could not be happier. It will also be valuable if I even have a need for other parts of my body.

I initially ordered this for my chronic back pain but I’ve recently been suffering from sever abdominal cramps so that’s what I’ve been using it for most since I received it. First of all, the outer material is so soft and cozy, and you can remove it to wash, which is a big plus in my book. The heat seems like it penetrates way deeper than a regular heating pad and the relief lasts even after the timer has gone off. Which, speaking of the timer, this is also a feature I love because I frequently fall asleep while using the pad. The high setting gets pretty hot, but doesn’t burn like a lot of other pads do. It’s so soft and folds and molds to exactly where you need it. I would buy this even if I didn’t have chronic pain just because it’s so comfy and cozy to sleep with at night. All in all I think this is an amazing product and I highly recommend it.

I’ve had 3 of these heat pads. Love them, they do exactly what they need to do. Soothing, healing, very comfortable and 3 heat settings. The only thing unfortunate about the product is that the wire that goes into the heating pad breaks after a time. I like the product enough that I have just kept ordering new ones, but it’s unfortunate that they can’t make a better wire that would last longer.

I've been using this for 10 months. In my previous review I gave it a pretty high rating because It was "soft" and "comfortable", and because SUPPOSEDLY it will not malfunction if allowed to get folded or bunched up, because there are no wires to break. I asked about that before I bought it was assured that it would still function properly even if not kept perfectly flat.After 10 months, it no longer heats at all except at one end. For me, that renders it of very limited value. Also, as I pointed out in my initial review, I feel absolutely no difference in the level of heat from this versus an old fashioned, cheap heating pad.I'm sorry I spent so much money on this, excepting it to be better in all respects from a cheap vinyl-and-wire heating pad. It isn't.

I Love this heating pad. Came beautifully boxed. Has good instructions. Very comfortable super soft plush upper surface. Feels so good to hold the upper surface. Lower surface heats rapidly with three temperature settings. Easy one push button selection for turning on, turning off and for selecting the three temperature settings. Gives me great temperature settings range Very light weight, flexible and easy to drape over your body. Folds small for travel. Gives me great relief for lower back and side pain. Also, heat feels awesome on my feet. Heat feels so good on cold winter nights. High quality for the price. Highly recommend this heating pad.

Let me start by saying... do not let the price fool you! I was hesitant to order because the price was so inexpensive compared to other infrared heating pads. I am disabled with severe neck & back pain, so I have tons of experience when it comes to heating pads... I usually buy one or two every year & pay at least double the price of this one. I currently own three and this infrared heating pad is by far my favorite heating pad! The heat feels so much deeper than a regular heating pad and the fabric so soft and comfortable... it really 'puddles' around your body. From now on, the only heating pads I will ever buy will be infrared! HIGHLY recommend this brand!!!

This is a fantastic heating pad, it’s so soft.The only negative to it, is that it’s a very strange set-up with the power cord. When I first opened it, I thought it was cordless- and that you charged it. (So I was super excited!)However, it isn’t. It’s like an AC cord. Which is fine, except that I sleep with it every night and it constantly comes out. I like the super velvety soft cover. But, the cord was almost a deal breaker.

As a healthcare professional, I’ve did a comparison with a few major brands.Issues:- Lack of comfort and not an even distribution to lay on if for you’re back. (May not be so bad and actually comfortable if for leg ankle)- Whole surface area of the heating pad does not heat so if the affected area is large, may not be such a good option- Control for heating is ridiculous. One switch that you hold for a few seconds that changes color. No capability of adjusting temperature or time!- Cord is on the shorter side- Price for what you are getting is rather high- 6-19 wavelength supposedly- Made in ChinaI’d recommend UTK so far as top choice based on what I‘ve tried.
