Replacement for old Carr damaged step. Fit the old brackets and looks good.
Replacement for 10 year old Carr step that broke in an accident. The new one fit the old brackets.

Does not fit 1997 F-150.
This does not fit a 1997 F150. The holes did not line up to put it on after taking the old one off.Due to pulling my back, I did not try to put it on the truck until after I was outside the return window.

The hoops are easy to install and are solid. I have been using them for several years with no issues.
