The pillow case is like a very soft velvet and it feels great. But I ran into a problem with the stiffness of the pillow. It has a flexible tube running down the middle that feels very hard when I lay on it. I wanted this pillow as an insert to my usual bed pillow for cervical support. First, if you plan to use it for this, don't order the largest size. I got the one that is 24 inches because that would fit the size of my pillow, but it's actually too long to fit into the pillowcase with my pillow. A shorter length might have been better. I generally like a firm pillow for support, but this one was too firm for me to be comfortable. The pillow itself isn't too hard, but you can feel the tube in the center which feels like hard plastic and is not pleasant to sleep on. This would be better for it's other uses - as a cervical neck support for chairs or driving trips. It folds and twists into many different shapes to support the head/neck. I like that the cover is removable and washable. I'm not sure if I will keep this for its other uses or return since I didn't plan on using it as anything other than a pillow insert.

I was in a bad car accident a year ago, which I ended up with a compound fracture Burst of my L4 vertebrae. I got this pillow to help me with neck pain and back pain. Once I unboxed it I loved that it had a bag that made it easy for travel (since I do fly a lot) and for easy storage to keep clean. I use it for my back when sitting at the kitchen table, etc. it really helps my back pain. As far as neck pains, I have none. I sleep with it at night and when I’m laying on the couch. I love that it is soft and flexible! It has been hard for me to find a good pillow and I finally found it.

It does what it's suppose to; however, the snap broke 3 days after I got it. Here's the thing, I didn't even use the snap, just woke up with the pieces in my bed. Please be careful using this if you have small children!!

I have tried a few of these neck rolls, i purchased two others before because i am a side sleeper, yet i like some cylindrical support under my head and my pillow, which is usually my own arm.I would say this is the best one i've tried to far, there is no smell and it is firm, yet very soft to the touch, it provides support and comfort, i also briefly used it as lumbar support while i work on my computer and works great, i would definitely recommend this one, it's a great value for its price.

I love this pillow!! I was in a car crash over a decade ago and still have extreme pain during the night. I folded this pillow and put it between my legs and my pain was reduced by 80% the first night. Every night when I use this pillow, I have slept longer and better. It's great to use around my neck too, especially when I'm working on my computer and it gets sore. I would definitely recommend this pillow for out of place hips and sore necks.

This pillow has been super helpful for my neck pain! I tend to lay on my couch in a weird way that really strains my neck, so I needed something specifically for that. The memory foam helps to add support, and the outer layer is super soft and comfortable to lay on. I’ve noticed less neck pain since I’ve been using it! Happy customer!
