This is a TERRIBLE product. No way would I trust using it in food and consuming it. Arrives in a basic zip loc bag with absolutely no information about ingredients / how much to use etc. it could be anything in there; it looks like seller has just spooned in some random powder which could be anything, including something toxic or not fit for consumption. I received two powder food colours by PME at the same time and these were in a jar and properly packaged with ingredients - and they were less than half the price. Amazon - you shouldn’t let sellers send out products that would not meet the most basic health and safety requirements. To make matters worse, the product can’t be returned, so the seller gets away with selling random powder that they have just spooned into a bag. DO NOT BUY

When powder arrived I was think is different colour, but this is concentrate of that from picture. So you have to you just a little bit to your cake etc. Happy with that product. Thank yoi

You only need very little to get a very bright colour so the 50g should go a long way. It's also tasteless which is a plus for baking.

You can see from the picture it’s more of a purple colour

this has a very strong bad smell like it would be poison. I was scared, and I didn't risk using it, I threw it in to the trash, it seemed to me very dangerous and risky to use it. i contacted the seller in case if it could be a mistake but not reply.
