Really pleased with both.Bought 2 rods and hung 4 sound-deadening curtains.. to span the width and create a double wall where none existed before.Does exactly what I need quick and effective.Plus my spouse chose the color/finish to match the adjacent room better. Not everything looks as great as the photos online, these do.For me, we used a pair to create a very quiet study / home office room off the adjacent room that was kind of "echoey" with hard floors and a high ceiling.I frequently communicate with folks in different time zones - when others in my household are resting. And after others wake locally, other household sounds carried into my headset and mic. This works for us.Curtain length is not perfect yet (curtains fine, just my space a different height), and still unpacking/settling but both rods look great, are sturdy, and went up in a minute... and most importantly stayed up with multiple heavy curtains loads.Will buy more.

Love this rod. I use it to hang up Chriatmas lighting. It's already assembled and sturdy, ecen cor long span. I had another screw together type, can't compare with this. I wish I get another one before they are out.

Extremely happy with this curtain rod! One of the easiest to set up I've ever had and much nicer than anything I've seen at the big box home improvement places around me for the same price. It looks sleek in my bathroom and is super easy to clean. It also stays in place like a champ, whereas not one other tension rod I've ever used has stayed in place longer than a month before it starts slipping and moving around on the wall. I've had it up for 6 months now with zero issues and would recommend.

First off, I may be jumping the gun because I JUST put this tension rod in place. It was VERY easy to install. And there's a lot of tension behind this rod. I tried to give it the maximum allowance (4") but ended up not being able to use more than 2". It matches the recently installed grab bars perfectly. It feel like it's a quality product. I've attached it to acrylic walls on our new shower stall (after wiping the area and the ends of the rods with alcohol to remove oils and dirt) and it's doing exactly what I need it to do. I would recommend this product.ADDENDUM...We are now 8 months out from the install. The rod is wonderful! Doesn't slip, is sturdy enough to actually bump into the curtain and not have the entire set-up come down. I love how it looks except that it IS rusting. We've only used plastic curtain holders and nothing sharp has been near it, but there it is. I won't replace it for a while, but just throwing the issue out there.

This is the second one of these, that I have bought. Look great and are solid. They have never come down once!

Sadly I bought this in November of 2019 and just got to installing as I forget it was on the "to-do list". I was using metal curtain rod clips in the past which looked nice, however, they began to rust and were scratching up my rod and making that rust prematurely.I got smarter and went with new plastic clips and using this bar now in hopes the clips do not cause scratching and premature rusting of the bar.So far I am very happy. This bar looks excellent and is very sturdy. The tension is easy to adjust and this is very easy and quick to install. I like how the ends are small in diameter as rods with the large ends hand over my wall and do not look good.As with all my reviews, I will update this should this item begin to fail in any way.

I rent an apartment, and as typical of apartments, there's not enough space in the shower to put everything I need to shower. So, I saw this trend on TikTok - you go to the dollar store, buy a basket and some shower curtain rings, then hook it onto a tension rod in your shower - and I thought, what do I have to lose? This works perfectly, causes no damage to the walls (or the 70s popcorn ceiling in my bathroom) and is easily removable and does everything I need it to do. I'll update should any problems occur but for right now, I'm happy with this.Edit: Almost 3 years later, still going strong. I did upgrade the shower rings (dollar store shower rings break if you think about touching them, apparently) and got a lower basket to make it easier to grab smaller bottles. Very happy with this, it was relatively inexpensive and does everything I need it to.

This is a great rod - sturdy and very easy to install. My only issue is that the brushed nickel one I have had for 2 years is so rusted that I can barely move the shower curtain. I just ordered one in matte white and hope that it doesn't rust as easily.
