Love, Love, Love it!
I was hesitant to go through with this purchase due to all the horrible reviews I read from buyers, regarding the badly damaged condition their mini fridge arrived in. I guess I was extremely lucky because mine arrived in perfect/flawless condition, not a single dent or scratch so I'm so thankful it was handled with care. Beyond its gorgeous appearance, this fridge is highly capable of storing large amounts of food/ drinks. I use this mostly for my work meals/snacks. I keep 5 jars of overnight oats, 3 fruit parfait containers, sandwiches, jellos, pudding, and a good amount of drinks and there is still room for more. The temperature can be adjusted. I keep mine at the coldest setting...food will not spoil. Freezer is nice and cold as well, ice cubes stay frozen solid....you can keep ice cream in there too. I definitely give this mini fridge a 10/10. I have no regrets other than I wish I would have bought it sooner. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth the splurge.

They shrunk my Grandmother's refrigerator that she had for more than 40 years! Nostalgia obsession!
OMG. When I saw this, I could not believe the memories that came flooding back. Yeah, my Grandmother's tank-like refrigerator. Manual defrost (what a pain, yeah) but the thing was still going when she passed so it had to be 45-50 years. Now, I'm not naive' enough to believe this retro replica is as well built as that tank, but it looks so similar, is quiet, and fits in a small space seamlessly. It holds far more than I'd expected... Soft drinks and 11.5 oz V8 juice in the horizontal door holder, my Atkins shakes and other small bottled items in the other door shelves. And,plenty of ice packs in the freezer. I will baby it but I sure hope it lasts. I would be crushed to have to get rid of it, now that I've found my perfect "form and function meets nostalgia" mini appliance. If it fails to perform I will come back and downgrade my review recommendation, but right now I feel like I've got a little piece of my late grandmother's memory bringing both utility and joy today.

A couple of tiny dents, very poorly packaged but cute
Despite I’m really happy for finally having this mini fridge that I’ve wanted for some time to have in my bedroom, I ordered the new one instead of the “used like new” one and I’m glad since this is already showing some damage. It’s very unfortunate since many other reviewers have said that before, this vendor is not careful when it comes to packaging and shipping these fridges. I’ll keep it even though it’s not looking 100% new new, I love the color, it’s not noisy and the space inside is great, I like the distribution and how all the stuff I need in my room fits perfectly. Good luck with your buy if you’re taking your chances with this one. It’s very cute, with that little retro sophistication that will complement your room.

Beauty is skin deep
This is a pretty fridge, no question. If you get this for a dorm room or some other *inside* location, it should work pretty well. However, I wanted an attractive fridge that I could put on my covered patio. This is not the fridge for that use case, unless you happen to live in a part of the country where the outside temp doesn't vary much from day to day or season to season - e.g. it should work well in SoCal.The main issue is the fact that when setting the temp on this fridge, what you're really setting is the duty cycle of the chiller, not the temp. It comes from the factory set to "4" - halfway. Presumably, that means a 50% duty cycle, so on a 70F day, the internal temp might go down close to 32F - too cold for my purpose. So, I adjusted the knob to "2" or so (15-20% duty cycle?), and that got the internal temp to 40F - about where I wanted it.However, on a warm day, say 85F, the internal temp at that setting might go up to 45F - too warm for my purpose. From the number of people asking in Q&A about using this unit out of doors, this is going to be a common problem. Obviously, it needs to not be in direct sun, or get wet, but given that, this is not a suitable unit for outdoors mostly due to the lack of temp regulation.A better choice would hopefully be a unit that has a set temp - there are such units available in the same price range, but without the sex appeal of this fridge. With one of those units, one would hope that if I set a temp of 40F, that kind of unit would regulate around that set point, within reason, regardless of the outside temp.I think I'll give this unit to my daughter who's headed to college this fall, and replace it with a unit where I can set the *temp*, not the duty cycle, as is done on this unit. But, I do not recommend this unit for any kind of outdoor use, unless you don't really care about the internal temp stability.Pros:Nice-looking fridge for indoor use only.Is capable of getting very cold (32F, e.g.).Cons:Poor/non-existent temp regulation.Cheap plastic handle - it will break at some point, and is only cosmetic.Door is not reversible, contrary to what the listing says. (The fact that the seller has not corrected this error tells me that either they want to mislead the buyer, or that they simply don't care).
