Best Pan Ever!
I kept seeing these everywhere and I'm finally able to afford to buy one and I'm so glad that I did.I'm not a decent cook by any stretch but I like to mess about in the kitchen and often create meals using just one pan.I've been through many non-stick pans over the years but nothing I've used before has even come close to the quality of this one.It's a big pan. A heavy one but it's well put together and it doesn't contain any toxic non-stick chemicals, which was a selling point for me.Cooking with it is another pleasure. It gets up to temperature really quickly and sears steaks in 2 minutes flat. Something I couldn't do with my cheap old non-stick.Really pleased with it and looking forward to using it a lot more.

Great quality construction. Good size with taller sides. Not too heavy. Very non stick (but it is brand new) pleased with purchase, remains to see how long term performance is.

Coating breaks, warranty claim does not work.
Used it for 1.5 years, then coating starts to peel off. I can even peel it off with my nail.Contacted the customer service to claim for warranty replacement, but they said no, and considered as small scratch. I still believe this is a bad batch, as I have smaller pan, and it is okay until now.Now can’t use it anymore as the coating can contaminate the food.I am using this pan like twice a week for home use. And always use wooden cutlery.Conclusion: consider other pan to buy. Do not fall for “life time warranty” just marketing gimmick.

Nothing sticks and so easy to clean.
I love this new Wok, my only issue with it, it's a bit on the heavy side but i guess thats the quality, although the two handles does help. So easy to clean.

Great, but no lid
So this is a really good product and we’re very happy with the quality of the non-stick and low heat performance. Be sure to follow the instructions before first use for best results. Would definitely buy other products in this range.Only reason we knocked off 1 star is that from the product images we were under the impression it came with a lid, which factored into our decision to purchase something this expensive.So, a bit disappointed about that as soon as we opened the box, but pleased with the quality of what we received.
