Wally Wallet Case for iPhone - Genuine Leather Case with Slim Wallet to Carry ID, Credit Cards

I really like the minimalist philosophy of carrying less with the Wally Wallet.I had the iPhone 6 with a Tech21 bumper case with the Wally Stick on Wallet, and passed it on to my mom. I purchased the iPhone 7 and needed another Wally Wallet for it. I purchased the Tech 21 case for iPhone 7 and was hoping to get a Wally Stick on Wallet. Unfortunately Distil Union only makes a Wally Wallet/case for the iPhone 7, and they do not make a stick on Wally case.I purchased the Black Wally Wallet Case for iPhone 7, and it is a handsome product. I like that it is more stylish for dressier occasions. The case and wallet integrate nicely, and I love the pull tab for your cards is no longer red, but black. This makes the wallet more subtle, and not so obvious you're carrying credit cards on your case.Like previous versions, the max cards you place in the wallet should be limited to 3. Any more, the wallet will stretch. If you carry less after the wallet stretches, cards may fall out as the included instruction card states.While the case is a quality product, it does not offer the same bump protection as the my iPhone 6 Tech21 case and Wally Stick on combo. Distil Union should allow for the option to use another bumper case with a Wally Stick on for iPhone 7.I really need the bump protection at work, so I bought a stick on for the iPhone 6 and cut its length so it will work with the Tech 21 case. I had to do that since the camera opening on the iPhone 7 case is much larger. I'm glad I did that because I have bumped and dropped my iPhone 6 in my busy work environment, and the Tech21 combo and Wally Stick on survived quite well. That combo also worked well for indoor and outdoor workouts, picnics and active situations. I cannot be quite sure with the Wally Wallet Case for iPhone 7 since there is not much bump/drop protection as other cases.For dressier and less active situations, the Wally Wallet case is a handsome combo for the minimalist who doesn't want to carry a bulky wallet in addition to a phone. Just be careful because the bumper is also minimal and may not offer as much protection as cases like the Tech21.

If you have a tendency to lose either your wallet or your phone (or both), this will solve the problem. I'm notorious for misplacing these items in the house. I ALWAYS have my phone on me during the day (once my loving spouse has found it for me before I leave for work). This eliminates having the annoyance and prospect of losing two items. I've only had it a month now, but I'm extremely happy (and relieved) with the all-in-one wallet/case so far. I prefer to keep a slimmer, low-profile case as opposed to the bulkier flip-wallet case. I fit 3 cards and cash (usually 1-7 bills for me, folded over a couple of times). I've stretched the leather somewhat, but I always carry that same combination of cards/cash so it's always snug. The red pull is fine and does the job. The frame is a very strong stretchy silicone with a hard back for the wallet. I've dropped the phone a few times, and no problems there (probably also helps that I have cash rolled up in the wallet). No screen protector, but I've never used one to begin with. One bonus for me is that I'm properly able to "dock" the phone onto my home charging station because the bottom of the case is fully open. Previously, my phone was completely surrounded by a hard case, so I couldn't dock it; instead I would need to use a cable to charge it. Now I can dock it, even if there are items in the wallet. This saves me the trouble of losing my phone or wallet in the house as I now always have the phone in the dock by the door.

After a lot of research for wallet and case combos, I decided to preorder the UPDATED Wally Case; it definitely met my expectations. Great improvements with the (what appears to be) all leather back. The insert says that the wallet part can hold three to four cards. I have two cards with a folded twenty, in the wallet part which feels very snug. Being leather, I don't see a problem with it easily holding four cards, once it gets worked in. In the case part (between the phone and case) I have another "backup" card and "backup" twenty; all fitting great with no coverage of the speaker ports or lightning port. Regarding the lightning port, I have another branded braided cable, with a larger lightning cable, which has no problem fitting. The power and volume buttons are blended with the case but have raised buttons so that you can easily and tactically locate them. The vibrate switch is easy to get to, especially for me who has big thumbs and very little nails.Pros: - Leather (classy looking material) - Well Crafted - Pull-Tab - Holds Cards/Money Securely - Buttons Blend SeamlesslyCons: - Leather (over time it will obviously show wear and the pocket will lossen) - Adds Bulk (again, this is obvious; it's not a slim case, but it is also not a thick wallet case, you can notice the difference at first but it's not huge)

The design and concept are great - I was able to replace my wallet with it. I carried 4 cards on a daily basis, and every now and then would keep cash inside the case against the back of the phone.However, I’ve had it for less than one year and it is already starting to fall apart. First, the side of the case came loose. Then today, the leather back started peeling away, exposing the adhesive. I do use this every day and the case is exposed to the sun/heat while I drive, but I would expect it to last at least one year.Bottom line, I won’t be buying another one - I’m thinking of getting the “Silk Wallet Slayer Vol. 1” instead - weird name, but a good friend recommends it and has had it for a while.

I had a Wally Case for my iPhone 5 and couldn’t wait to get the new case when I changed phone as it’s not just a good look8 g protector but also a handy wallet. I use it when I don’t need to take a handbag to carry a few cards and a note. None of this opening up when you get a call or want to look something up. So many people have complimented me on it and got one themselves. Thoroughly recommended.

The idea is great and I opened the package with big expectations. But the case looks appalling, looks like some cheap tirerubber and not the style I expected. And the rubber part of the case is wobbly and warped. The leather part of mine was scuffed out of the box. And the fit is not that great on my iPhone 6s Plus, the lower part is not fitted as thight as I want it to the phone. Probably fitting the ordinary 6 Plus a bit better.

What a great combination of phone case and wallet - and a stylish look.

I have had this wallet for over a year now, and still works great! I have always kept 3 cards (drivers lisece, debit and credit card) and never lost a card. The card holder is still as tight as when I bought it. The design is so simple, there is nothing that can break and it offers some protection for my phone. I have used a few different phone case wallets over the years, but would definitely recommend this case!
