Has anybody else experienced more than twice the charging time than wired/plugged-in charging?

Yes, I find it takes longer to charge than wired. But as long as I verify that the phone is placed correctly on the charger, everything works great. I really like having the pad just sitting on my nightstand rather than having to find where the wire fell to and connect it.

Why does the charger flash when my phone is fully charged?

Nope. You’ll just have to check charge on your phone. I like these chargers for traveling. Very flat.

What does it mean when the LED light ring continues to rapidly flash when a phone is placed upon it?

Dear customer, the LED light flashes indicating that your phone is not compatible with the charger, or thick phone case or other foreign objects detected. So please make sure your phone supports wireless charging. And if you are using a phone case, please make sure it's not thick than 0.2in and there has no any popsocket, credit card, magnet or metal objects from the back of your phone.

Are these compatible with the galaxy a20 and a21?

Sorry to tell you that both Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A21 don't support wireless charging. To achieve wireless charging, you need to add an additional wireless Qi receiver to plug it into your phone. Sincerely hope this helps.
