Is it dark or medium roast beans?

I would call it medium roast. My wife just loves it. She says that there is no acidic after taste and the coffee is so smooth without being real strong. Try it, I have to believe you'll love it. We do.

What is the grind of this coffee? It's not listed on the bag, and the website is next to useless for such info.

SodereStore ships roasted coffee medium and dark. If you prefer to grind yourself this is the best option. We also ship ground for medium and dark roast. Tomoca company do not specify the grind types and nor do they provide a chart.

On the Tomoca website they describe their process but there’s no step listed for checking for mycotoxin levels. Does anyone know if it’s mold free?
