SAMSUNG Galaxy Watch Active 2 (40mm, GPS, Bluetooth) Smart Watch with Advanced Health Monitoring, Fitness Tracking, and Long lasting Battery, Pink Gold (US Version)

I really like this watch but I only get 1 day 20 hrs of battery life per the watch.Pros: elegant looking for a smart fitness watch; I have a small wrist but the watch does not over power it; the smart watch call features are great. The color and ease of use is easy as well. Watch will turn on easily with twist of wrist and will automatically detect a work out. I have a watch face that I can tap and the watch starts recording my bike ride. The pay app is nice too. Both my sister and I have gone in the ocean with this watch and had no issues.Cons: as stated battery life sucks. This is a big CON. I get 1.5 days and my sister has the 1st gen active and doesn't even get a day. I have been working out and recording my steps through a work app and every time I go to check my stats, my watch is dead. Quite frustrating so I went and bought a new Vesa 3. Samsung health is so so. I like the Fitbit app more.If the battery would last even 3 days, it would be better but 1.5 days makes it almost useless. I searched for ways to extend battery but I had already done most of what was suggested. I will continue to use this but my main watch will now be the Fitbit. I have found that the call feature/notification on the active is better but again 1.5 days of use vs the versa 6 days with quick charge features is a no brainer.If Fitbit and Samsung created a smart fitness watch together it would be amazing!

I have been wanting a smart watch for a while and finally decided to stop wanting and actually get one. I looked at a few different brands and most of them were either not so smart (couldn't answer calls / reply to texts directly from the watch) or they were way too expensive ($300+). I stumbled across this gem (at $200) and after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I am NOT sorry I did!It took about an hour and a half to have it fully set up (updating software, downloading apps, linking Samsung account, setting up Samsung Pay, customizing the watch apps, widgets, watch face style, etc.) I love being able to adjust settings from both the watch and through the phone app (picture 2). I have a non-Samsung Android phone and have had absolutely NO issues with pairing, data syncing, or notifications between watch and phone.There was a small glitch when initially setting up / updating Bixby (which is needed for voice commands) but after a few failed attempts, I restarted the watch and tried again and the app updated as required and it's been working perfectly ever since. Also, the first night, it didn't track my sleep AT ALL (which isn't a huge issue for me but a slight disappointment) but the next night it tracked my sleep flawlessly and the information provided in the app is quite detailed (see picture 3).Voice command features (setting alarms and timers, creating reminders, replying to texts, etc.) work without a hitch which is great as this is one of the key features I was looking for in a smart watch. The call quality is really good (considering this is a watch and not a phone). The call sound was crisp and clear on my end and the caller didn't mention any issues with being able to hear me on their end either.I can't speak to the overall battery life BUT as you can see in the picture, I have 16 hrs and 38 mins left at 40% battery. I put the watch on Friday night at around 10 pm with 100% charge and it's now 8:30-ish on Sunday morning. Given the projected time left I will get a full 2 days+ with a single charge. **NOTE: I did NOT cycle the battery yet and I've been "playing" with the watch a lot since it's new. It is likely that under "normal" wear and after cycling the battery once or twice it last even longer on a single charge.The Samsung Pay feature is an added bonus (I used it for the first time yesterday!!!). You can set a pin number to enter prior to paying which is an added security feature. Other apps and widgets are available to meet your needs including calendars, weather apps, find my phone/find my watch, and of course the fitness apps!!! There are a variety of apps / features to choose from and you can pick and choose what you want to use. You can set your own fitness goals and track your progress through both your phone and you watch.There honestly isn't a single thing I don't love about this watch! It's well worth the $200 price tag (in my opinion). I haven't found another watch on the market that is able to do everything this watch does for a lower price point. If you're looking for just a fitness tracker without the added features of making/answering phone calls, receiving/replying to texts, paying for purchases, and streaming music (a feature I haven't used yet), then don't waste your money as there are plenty of other, more affordable fitness trackers out there. BUT if you ARE looking for a true SMART watch, you won't be disappointed in this one!

The media could not be loaded. Love, love, love! I'm new to smartwatches. This is my first one. I luv to wear my normal watches so I went back and forth if I wanted to change. So glad I did. My favorite thing is changing to so many different watch faces and bands. Clearly you have to buy the bands and faces unless you look for the free faces in the Galaxy app. There are so many animated ones that have controls etc. The most active face I've used, battery life is a day and 1/2. It can go a little faster if you play games. It's small but I've played. There are a few free games you can download on your watch. The are the other 2 pics is just to show you can keep track of your coffee and water intake. (You can change the wallpaper also that comes with the watch.) I really like this and when I'm at my art table it tells me to get up and move. Cracks me up when it shows congrats you did it. LolI've done dishes, getting it wet no problem. Afterwards I push the water eject. Works great. I forget it's on so in the water it goes. Its lightweight. Heartrate for me pretty accurate. I'm handicapped so it does have where you can pick what exercises you do and delete the ones you dont. Using the Samsung Health. I've noticed by accident that my phone was in the back of the house and I was cleaning the dog poo in the backyard answering my phone with my watch, (and voiced texted with emojis too) with no problem. It sounded like talking on my phone but with my wrist lol. That must look crazy. 😂 you can also correct your voice text in your watch. I also use the heartbeat app in the watch which matched up when I compared. I don't depend on it but it helps. Love the wigets, alarms, reminders etc. Really can't say enough. I didnt think I'd like the sleeping app that comes with the watch but now I track every day.ConsI really can't think of any. Maybe it will come with a mute when you cant push decline the call (you can send a message text like on your phone). Or I haven't figured out how. Or add a camera. But really I absolutely love this watch! Its 40mm perfect size and I have a 7-8 wrist. Today wearing blue band and blue cover on watch.

I ordered this watch from Sydney Australia and paid for early delivery. Could not be happier with the whole process. It saved saved me around AUD 150 and the watch is same as Australian version.The best part was that they paid my priority delivery fee back because it was delivered 2 days late.

Es muy fácil usarlo y perfecto si tienes otros dispositivos Samsung.A veces el asistente Bixby no es tan rápido como esperas y en cuestión de uso, cambiar las correas no siempre es TAN sencillo pero definitivamente son detalles menores. ¡Estoy muy feliz con mi compra!Mi paquete llegó en perfectas condiciones, sellado y con todos los plásticos protectores. 100% nuevo.Eso sí, busquen un protector de pantalla si no están tan acostumbrados a usar un reloj. A pesar de que es bastante resistente yo logré rayarlo un poco en el borde cuando caminaba y sin querer pegué a un poste. 🥲Como plus: pude usar sin problemas Samsung pay a pesar de ser la versión de E.U.A.

El reloj es excelente y sin duda es una muy buena compra la calificación se debe a que pedi dos uni de 40mm oro rosa y uno de 44mm negro el primero llego perfecto pero el segundo paquete me llego equivocado, venia la generación anterior y la medida pequeña cuando yo pedí la grande.Estoy en proceso de reembolso y pedirlo de nuevo ya que no pueden hacer un reemplazo aunque sea vendido por Amazon cuando se resuelva este problema cambiare mi calificación.Lo recomiendo ya que creo es más un problema de logística mas otra cosa.*Actualización* después de 4 días por fin recibí el reembolso y pude encargarlo nuevamente y ya llego correctamente ahora aunque el reloj es perfecto en casi todo la razón de no darle 5 estrellas es por que la opción de medidor de oxígeno que si la tiene, no esta disponible en México y con la situación global me parece algo malo ya que un reloj que cuesta una cuarta parte que este lo hace sin problema de ahi en fuera es lo mejor que hay en Android así que que más da a esperar que lo activen en algún momento...
