I have windows on the second and third floor where there is an arbor on the ground floor under them.... so I can not reach them buy ladder. Honestly would not climb up to the third story window on a ladder even if I could. Quote for professional window cleaning for house $450.0. But it’s just those four windows I could not reach. Started looking on line. Found this product. Decided to try it. There is a short learning curve for the angels and the tension but it did a great job. Even the corners! My windows are double pane windows and it worked.Leash/ safety string worked great, once I got the tension down it never fell off. I love this! Will use it for many years to come. Came with four replacement felt pads and three extra squiggles. Well made. Well packaged and has decent instructions. Pic on left is clean window. Right is next in line.

The media could not be loaded.  After watching the video on the Amazon listing I didn’t really need to consult the instructions. Yes they’re in a foreign language but there are pictures to help you and it’s pretty self explanatory. For the price, a little thinking for your own situation applies here. The one star reviews are related to customer expectation and not actual overall use and function. With a little time and patience I have sparkleing clear windows, my cats have discovered new things they’ve never seen outside before and I am so thankful someone brought this product to market in the US.1. Make sure to not overdue the magnets.. I only needed level two for all of my windows. If you crank it all the way up you’ll either break your window or not be able to get it apart.2. Make sure your window is completely soaked and the magnetic window cleaner itself is also completely soaked. I just stuck my hand out the window and pointed it towards the window and did my best. It worked amazingly.3. This product will probably separate from the glass and fall a couple times before you get the hang of it. Hence why they include the rope attachment that stops it from falling down to the ground.

Will not work on double hung windows. This should be stated in the ad.
