Q: At the top of this page it says the item costs $3.98 as an add on item. but when i purchased it as such i was charged $7.76. why?

Did you get 2 instead of one? If not talk the Amazon. One thing I know for sure...Amazon has always been honest y fair with me y everyone I know who shops there. And they are prompt y courteous folks. So don't hesitate to call on them.

No, I had to have all my top teeth pull out because of my sinuses, I use the mouth wash and the tooth paste everyday to keep my mouth clean and free from bacterial from my sinus drainage, it work very well for me. I hope this help you. I did not have any infection in my gums when I went back to the doctor after the surgery. I still use it once or twice a week.

No I do not believe it would, I think that problem might need to be addressed by a dentist
