Update: 20th Oct 2023: The keyboard and mouse stopped responding, I m guessing there is something wrong with the receiver. In order to claim warranty we need to fill a form online and ship the apckage to them. It is a tedious process but nothing out of the ordinary. Similar warranty claim process for many smaller companies. Old review: This is a genuine review but a real human who bought and will be using this device. I believe in giving reviews to companies that are doing a great job and Portronics is one of those companies, they offer decent quality at a good price. Keyboard: This is being typed using the amazing keyboard while not a mechanical keyboard there is a decent about of travel and a satisfying feeling when typing. The keys are silent and that is something that is helpful for work keyboard which is what this is going to be, I love it. For context this is coming from someone that uses a variety of custom mechanical keyboard with the highest quality keys available in the market some being imported from Europe. While not a mechanical keyboard the keys have travel which makes a lot of difference and there is a push back that I can feel on my fingers, one con would be that the keys aren't as soft to press so finger fatigue will be an issue at first, but you will adjust to the strength required to press these. I will be using this keyboard roughly 12 hours a day. Mouse: The mouse is very quiet, but you can feel the clicks, obviously not in comparison to a gaming mouse but compared to normal mice available in the market the devices are really good quality. The mouse seems to have a feature where it auto shuts down after a while of inactivity and the best part it snaps back to life the moment you click. The devices are good enough that I want to do a review on them and let everyone know how good these keys on the keyboard feel and how good the mouse is. I unfortunately missed that there were different colour options available and chose something that pops but isn't matching my setup but it's all good. The quality is really satisfying. Almost forgot the combo comes with two AA batteries which I highly appreciate. I would have had to run out into the rain to grab AA batteries otherwise. Love what you guys at Portronics are doing. Keep it up. I will update the review after a few months IF anything changes.

Great mini keyboard. Its portable and easily fits in your bag. Also the keys are soft and working good.

Best product at this price range and mouse sensitivity is nice

This wireless keyboard and mouse combo was a great addition to my home office initially. Setup was effortless, and it functioned perfectly across both Windows 11 and Linux. However, after a few months, the performance dropped significantly. The keyboard frequently misses keystrokes, and the mouse has become less responsive with both tracking and scrolling. It’s a decent product if you need something urgent, but don't expect it to last long. I have an update to the above review. Just around the same time I posted this review Portronics staff reached out to me about product feedback and I shared my issue. She asked me to mail the details and within few days they collected the product and sent me a replacement within a week. Though the one I received was not the same color as the one replaced, I am very happy about their service and resolution.

Pairing the mouse needs a tiny switch at the bottom being switched on which you might miss (I missed it until my wife found that out and there is no mention of this switch in the manual), however this switch is a good option because the mouse generally consumes a lot of battery and you can just switch off when not in use. Keyboard works fine and no delay. The keys are a bit unsteady though, appear to be loose in their sockets and you might miss your desired key when typing very fast. No snug fit, which is sad because I expected that from this keyboard. However the red buttons look good. I intend to do heavy typing on ms word as I have plenty of writings to do now. I hope this will deliver. At a price of 1099, I expected a better product. And no batteries included, which means extra cost and extra hassle to procure the same. Anyway red and black. My favourite colours. Love the look.
