POLYTE Quick Dry Lint Free Microfibre Bath Towel, 76 x 145 cm, Pack of 4 (Grey)

Having bought the multi-pack which contains hand and face towels, I wanted a few more regular bath towels as 2 don’t tend to last very long in a busy household. I thought these felt a little thinner than the first lot, but they still dry as efficiently and don’t take up much room on the shelf or in the washer - which was one of the main reasons I bought these. I am so impressed with these towels I would recommend them. Yes, they feel a little weird the first few times you use them if you are not used to microfibre, but it’s quick to get used too and the pluses far outweighed the cons (the feeling). They are great for drying hair as well which for someone with very thick hair that takes hours to dry, I noticed a huge difference. They don’t stick to my hair and pull or damage it, but they glide down my hair, smoothly and effortlessly, whilst absorbing the water. No need to wrap my hair up now to prevent drips as there is nothing left to drip after a few strokes down my hair with these towels. Mega impressed. They are fluffy and wash and dry well. I use a dryer sheet to prevent static as that is always an issue for microfibre but it’s worth it. They wash well on a quick wash and dry quickly too. They would also dry well outside if you prefer lines to dryers. Lightweight, quick-drying, absorbent, well made, fluffy, soft, and the colour is nice (grey) - would recommend for anyone thinking about making the transition. I’ve not used my regular towels since buying these - so the ones I hung onto “just in case” are due to move to the shed along with the rest as we just don’t need them any more. UPDATE: Jan 2021 - I thought I'd come back and update my review since I've been using these towels for a while now. They have been used on a daily basis & washed frequently. They are still as good as the day I bought them. The stitching has lasted well around the edges and they have maintained shape, absorbency & washing ability. They wash well at any temperature (even hot wash) & dry fine even on a hot cycle. I noticed another reviewer said not to use conditioner or dryer sheets - well I break that rule as I use both every wash & can honestly say I have never had an issue with them and neither seems to affect the absorbency. I also noticed another reviewer who commented that he binned them after first use as they didn't absorb. Just a note that you ideally need to wash microfibre before using it (actually I'm fairly sure supposed to wash all towels before first use). Another reviewer commented that theirs got covered in lint - yes, like a lot of things, if you accidentally get a tissue or some other fabric that sheds, in a wash with these, then you will find it will stick to the microfibre. If that happens maybe try a lint roller to get it back off again. I made the same mistake with some microfibre teatowels and something that had some sort of sponge in it which disintegrated in the washer.

I bought the pack of 4 towels not really sure about them but I liked that they were the size and weight I wanted. I have arthritis, especially in my hands so can't use full size bath towels because the weight pains them. I felt disappointed when I first opened them but after a wash they were much better, no longer flat, the texture plumped up somewhat,so I thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did, they dry amazingly well and feel nice on my skin, they also take less time to dry after washing. Great product, great price, thank you.

I really liked these towels- living on a boat they were perfect for being quick drying. Notice I used the past tense as sadly my other half did the laundry and popped them in the laundrette’s tumble dryer- BIG NO NO! He put on his navy blue fleece which went in with them and ended up looking like the grinch. Alas- can no longer use them.

These are excellent quality microfibre towels. Bought for my husband who can't use heavy cotton bath towels. Very good value for a pack of 4. Washed them before use to ensure they were absorbent and they have performed very well. A good size for after a shower, lightweight but luxurious. Hoping they will be long lasting!

Ordered these microfibres towels because I was having difficulty using conventional towel due to their weight, and me having mobility issues issues due to arthritis’s I’m finding these towels more absorbent and much lighter in weight Very pleased with my puschase Lovely colour and size good value for money

Soft and absorbent, but stick to your body when rubbing yourself dry.

Lovely towels and a great colour. Soft and luxurious to the touch. Didn't need 4 of them, so used 2 to make 2 matching bath mats. Easy to cut and sew, and all items have now also had a machine wash as recommended by the manufacturer. As they only arrived this morning, I feel this is pretty good going... all items are already almost dry! So much easier and cheaper to launder than my previous cotton ones. Would highly recommend.
